CJC1295 + Ipamorelin Protocol

135/135 mcg CJC/IPA everyday first thing a.m. fasted. No food except coffee for 2 hours.
Rat runs this for 37 days (10mg vial), then runs right into Ipa solo 135 mcg same as above for 15 days. Then cycles off both for 10 days, then repeats.

My journey has been:
Dosage:
- 500mcg CJC (no DAC)
- 1mg IPA
Timing:
- Both before bed.
- Trying not to intake any calories for 3-4 hours prior.
- 5 days ON / 2 days OFF
- I'll run it for 12-14 weeks. Then take 3 months off before I run again (this is important)
Personal Anecdotal Results
- I'm only 4 weeks in. Modest gains at the gym but going in the right direction.
- Actually seems to improve my sleep the days that I'm ON.
- Tappering off of Reta as well which has squashed hunger. The IPA does seem to be counteracting this as my hunger cravings have slightly increased since starting this protocol.
Other Notes/Context:
- I'm pinning 6 other peps in addition to these 2, so my results are likely influenced by this.
- Of these, Tesamorelin (1mg), NAD+ (50-100mg), and MOTS-c (2mg) seem to be the most complimentary.
- Of those 3, the most complimentary is the NAD+ (but I'm 50). If your under 40, you may not see as much of a benefit.

Thanks for your input. I’m running AOD9604, MOTS-C, just about to add CJC/IPA - I was considering NAD+ (I am 48), I’ve read lots of positive comments. Do you feel NAD+ is responsible for you feeling great?

I take my supplements/meds with lunch or dinner. You're generally going to get better absorption doing that when taking most oral drugs/supplements of any kind really.
If you're taking anything that absolutely needs to be empty stomach, you should be fine taking it with CJC/IPA.

My rat is just finishing first 4 weeks. Also stacking with wolverine blend ( also 5 days on , 2 off ). going for 12 weeks , then a 4 week break.
Was taking right before bed but the histamine flush & slightly elevated heart rate made it hard to settle down to sleep, so now 30 mins prior.
Some people report better sleep right away, but it wasn't until week 3 that deep sleep started going up. That and dreams started to become a little more lifelike.

@Lady-Hamilton I was sluggish and I felt like the calorie deficit from the Reta was leaving me more tired than I should have been. The NAD has eliminated a lot of those symptoms and I’ve only just started it… I’ve heard it’s cumulatively and keeps getting better. We’ll see….
Of the peps I’ve tried, there are few that have had immediate, undeniable effects. The GLP’s are one and this NAD is another. Not saying that there aren’t others, I’m just speaking about the ones I’ve tried so far…
I’ve heard a lot of younger people say NAD had almost no affect. This makes sense to me. From what I’ve “heard” us mid-century-and-older folks see the greatest effects

@dogrunner I 100% agree with this take. I just finished week 3 and my sleep has not been very good, which is why I'm now trying Pinealon. I'm also testing Reta 1.5mg which elevates resting heart rate so can be hard to discern which pep is the problem. That said I think my body is finally starting to adjust to the CJC / IPA. I take in the AM b/c Reta voids that 3hr fasting window. Otherwise you are wasting the product. Def need more like 8hrs of fasting when you're doing Reta at same time.
