    @gym.rat Flawless Coudy 2.jpg
    See attached picture of the last vile I reconstituted. I should have documented each and every vile but I disposed of them before hand.
    I have been in contact with Flawless customer service and they have been very responsive after sending this picture. They are actually replacing my entire order and I've received shipping information so I know there on the way. I'll update and send pics of the new vials during my next research experiment.

      @gym.rat Just out of curiosity, how would you react if you ordered from a new vendor and the reta came cloudy when that’s never happened to you before?
      Also, if the vendor replaced the order and the new vial came clear like it should be, would you still be hesitant or just say screw it and move forward with the research anyway?

          I'm onboard as well. While it's appropriate for them to send replacements, if they come from the same batch I'd be cautious. You could be the first to notice/comment on a larger, more prevalent issue.

            I have had no issues with Flawless and customer service was as good as any. Good luck.
