    I saw a video of someone purging the air out of the new empty pen vial first by driving the stopper to the end, then filled the vial with the peptide. No need for vent. Any thoughts?

      Per Jeff's video, this will render the vial no longer sterile and should therefore be avoided. Venting is a pretty easy step so really not worth skipping.
