    Hi,

I am new to peptides and want to start taking Reta. I have a 40mg pen but I am not sure how to dose adjuster dial on the pen works. It goes up to 60 but not sure in what units this is.

Did you order that online? Reconstituted Reta shipped? I have so many questions.

To answer your question, no one can give you an answer without more information. The 40mg of Reta would need different units (the numbers on the dial) depending on how much solution was used to reconstitute it. Do you have any other documentation on this pen?

Here are tutorials showing how to reconstitute peps (first step) and how to use the pen (second step). I would strongly recommend doing more research to get familiar with the whole world of gray peps before injecting anything.

@jamiegallien I have attached the leaflet that came with it an the step by step guide on the box. It’s ready to inject so no mixing is required. It’s says ‘choose your dosage’ but doesn’t actually say the dosage based on dial (ie something like 10 on the dose dial adjuster is 1mg) which would be helpful.)

Interesting were did you buy this from? If 1mg is 10 units, thats were I started my Rat on Reta. did fine for 2 weeks no side effects then I went to 2mg for a month and then 4 mg for a month.

The instructions say each pen has 3ml of solution. That means 40mg mixed with 3ml liquid. Using Randy's handy dandy reconstitution calculator at https://peptidecritic.com/tools/peptide-calculator, you get the following. For each 1mg dose, you would turn the dial on your pen 5 units.
