Chimera... the good, the bad, and the ugly!

OK so here goes my attempt at providing a review of Chimera:
The good... I actually got my order! Arrived a couple days ago out of the blue but hey, got the order which is very good news! Placed the order on April 10th, got the tracking info on April 20th (which didn't tie to my shipment what-so-ever (still says the dreaded "label created") but the package somehow still showed up on May 21). I do have to say that ultimately Chimera mostly came through consistent with what was advertised. The powers to be on their discord channel have consistently stated that Chimera will make it right and to be honest they did come through with my order that was in stock when paid within a timeframe that was stated. I still have 1 kit owed to me and I believe if I continue to pursue it that they would do their best to ensure it still gets delivered if I have the patience to work through the issue (haven't pursued it to this point). I also have to say that it is very very good to be part of this community and have Jeff and particularly Randy on your side standing up for what's right. Jeff has no problem bringing light to a situation and standing up for his legion of followers - believe when I say that makes a big difference for us and our rats!!!!
The bad... packaging was not great, was overcharged because 1 kit was out of stock after payment. After I gave them notice of that fact, Chimera confirmed a substitute for another product kit but that somehow didn't happen.
The ugly... communication. The communication on this forum was just ugly, disjointed, excuse ridden, etc. Then Jeff unleased the rat on their forum on discord because they were trying to throw him & Randy under the bus when he was just unleashing truth bombs. That's when their website went down and the owners went dark (although their discord has remained up and active). I thought my order (& $$$) were gone for good but alas, the peps showed up 2 days ago.
I have not lab tested any of these peps yet but do plan to do so. You know in some way I could be completely judgmental about Chimera and trash them (the list of grievances against them appears long) but having lived long enough and been given enough grace by others from my own short comings (which are many) I tried to provide a balanced perspective. Chimera did send me my peps when they didn't have to and there has been on going communication on their discord forum. They seem to genuinely care about delivering (at some point - even though it may be long) for their many customers.
Would I order from them again?... depends on what kind of deals they're running and if the next vendor has a better one! Ha - just keeping it real.
