I'm thinking of putting my rat on Tb 500, BPC 157, alongside CJC 1295 with DAC and already running Reta.

My rat has an old hamstring injury that I'd like to try and heal. Its not a terrible injury but it's been like that for years.

So far all my research is suggesting the wolverine protocol lasts about 4-6 weeks, but I'm looking at running it for around 90 days with the CJC added in.

    Protocol for rat would be
    Day 1 - Reta 5 MG
    Day 2 - CJC 1295 3.33 MG
    Day 3 - TB 500. 3.33 MG
    Day 4-6 - repeat
BPC 157 once daily at 500 MCG

Rat prefers not to use more than 2 injections per day, and Rat has had great success running Reta every 4th day for months, so that part is not changing.

Rat recently told me blends are not an option any longer and all compounds must be administered by themselves.

What led me to this protocol was actually researching a wolverine blend, which was ok, but only ran it for 3 weeks. Rat said it actually started to help the hamstring so I've been trying to come up with the best possible plan to try and figure it out.

Rat can also do a 48 hour fast starting every Reta day to try to maximize HGH from the CJC, if that would help then he will do it.

    Any insight would be great.
    Currently running Reta only.

To couch things in forum terms I'll discuss my rat's recent experience.

It has really bad luck with hamstring pulls and slight tears. Typically it happens 1 or 2 times a year while playing soccer with younger rats and it forgets it isn't a young rat anymore. 3 weeks ago our little friend had the worst hamstring pain in years at the end of a game (probably dehydrated and trying too hard). Typically a bad hamstring strain will leave our rat limping for a few weeks and unable to run for 3-4 weeks with less ones hindering the rat for 1 week.

This time the lil fella started KLOW (bpc/tb4/ghk-cu/kpv) 2 x day doing 250mcg/250mcg/mcg/1.25mg/250mcg respectively. Dosing was split in the am/pm around breakfast and dinner. Not sure it matters but the theory is having it available while food and energy was available was best for letting it do its work. I went with the KLOW mix to pick up the collagen boost from copper and inflammation help from the KPV. Checking around the vendor price list found KLOW for not much more than some sites plain wolverine blend.

He is also doing 200mcg/200mcg cjc/ipa fasted in the evening and 100mcg/100mcg in the am 1 hour before breakfast.

Its subjective but after what had been the most painful hamstring injury of the rats soccer life within 1.5 weeks he was back to light jogging and was running 2 miles at a moderate to quick pace by 20 days from the injury.

      Otc supps are:
      Collagen Protein 20 g 2x day
      Whey Protein 10–20 g 2x day
      Vitamin C (Ester-C) 1,000 mg 3x day
      Vitamin D3 5,000–10,000 IU 1x day
      Vitamin K2 (MK-4 + MK-7) 180–1,000 mcg 1x day
      ZMA pre-bed
      Omega-3 / Fish Oil 3x day

I badly hurt my lower back deadlifting so bad I couldn't move. I just stayed in bed. I did BPC57/tb500 3mg per day into my back i switched sides each day in the general area of the pain I could only roll over on my side, and that was excruciating. Two days later I walking with pain. Two weeks later back to Orange Theory 4 days per week running 3.5 miles per session. It was stiff but doable. I am now at 4 weeks zero pain and my nagging knee pain is gone. PEPTODES ARE THE FUTURE. This site and Randy are changing people's lives. I just hope our government doesn't mess this up and screw up what has made so many people healthier so Pharma can sell more pain meds.

          About to order more pens.

Deadlift is all about form, stretch your hips, legs and back! go with a lower weight and build your self up slower! I prefer sumo deadlift!

@brandenscheidecker Thanks, long story short, I wasn't paying attention. I went for a long run before and was a little heated. I am not blaming deadlifting, this one is on me. This was more about the healing process and how Peptides changed the game.

@derekg1 after a lot of consideration I'll be putting the rat onto something like you've outlined, the rat has accepted the fact that the best protocol is going to involve more than 2 pins a day, which was the biggest hold up for the rat. I'll post his updated protocol in a few days once he gets started.

Ok so we're calling this R-69 MAXX because it's a 69 day protocol with 69 hour fasts continuously and is extreme in both difficulty of execution and effectiveness.

Designed for maximum healing power with no more than 3 injections per day with mandatory Reta injections every fourth day.

                    Day 1

                    Reta 5 MG
                    KPV 500 MCG
                    TB 3.33 MG
Walk 1 hour minimum 3.5 miles -zero calories - zero insulin

                    Day 2

                    GLOW. 2.5MG/500mcg/500mcg
                    CJC/IPA no DAC 500/500 MCG
                    MOTS C 2.5-5 MG
Walk 1 hour minimum 3.5 miles - zero calories - zero insulin

                    Day 3

                    Repeat Day 2 pins

Lift for reps 30-60 minutes full body
5-15 Minutes of HIIT cardio on elliptical or pool

1 eating period of 3 hours maximum or 1 meal
Bone broth, kimchi, kefir, lean meats, eggs, some cheese
Aim for 100+ grams of protein and try not to over eat. Don't eat anything fried and don't eat too many carbs. Stop eating at least 3 hours before bed.

The goal here is consistently maxing the natural HGH rhythm of the body which is why the rolling 3 day fasts. This is not meant to be long term but could be shortened to probably 3 weeks and still get pretty similar results.

You should expect to lose anywhere from 3-15 pounds a week doing this.

You're allowed to "break" 3 times during the 69 days meaning eat a protein bar or something small if you really need it. This isn't a cheat day, it's a tool to keep the cycle going.

@Stevepep Good to hear you're back in action. I'm thinking about Wolverine for my knee and the joints and ligments around a hip replacement. Can't decide between Wolverine and Cartalax. Will see.

@Eleanor It works I am a runner and work out at Orange Theory. My Knees hurt, my hip hurts, and three weeks ago I hurt my back deadlifting. I heard it pop. I couldn't get out of bed all I could do was roll over, and that was extremely painful. Within 4 days I was walking with some pain and now I am back at it. Running and working out with zero pain and the amazing thing is no more knee and hip pain its gone. Its really a miracle treatment. I worry that Pharma wants this stuff gone because their business is treating the symptoms, not a cure like this is. They want to sell Oxy and cover it up. Pharma is evil; they don't want a healthy society, the more unhealthy we are, the more they prosper.

I was aggressive with 1000mcg's to start and have backed down to 800 and next week to 600. After 8 weeks i will cycle at least, that's the plan

@Stevepep Oh Yeah! Sounds like you've got it covered. Where my knees are concerned, I think it's more meniscus and my glutes are weak because I have a job that requires a lot of sitting. With regard to hip & shoulder, definitely scar tissue that's blocking movement.

Did you inject directly into the pain site, or belly, per the usual protocols out there?

@Eleanor I injected into the pain but now just the belly area since the pain is gone. There is a wide receiver in the NFL who had a hamstring injury which[link text](link url) is a 3 month injury`he was back on the field in 3 weeks. It was on Joe Rogan. By the way he is great on peptides he had Zuckerberg on who had some injury and was felling him get on Wolverine.

This is purely anecdotal but I tore a glute or pinoformis about 4 weeks ago and have been researching Klow during that period - sometimes doubling up. While the pain has been miserable and the injury debilitating, it feels like it is almost recovered and I am back to 80-90%. In the past, such injuries would take me months to recover and my leg would still be black from bruising.

It has also caused me to completely rethink ‘proper’ dosing, which i think is way to low for - ahem - seasoned athletes like myself. This week I will be mixing Super Klow (wolverine + Klow) and starting that next week to see if it does what I think it will do.

100% Natty. You know, aside from the Klow, Tesa, Tirz, CJC/Ipa, SS-31, Semax, Dihexa, Epitalon, MOTS-C, creatine, Cheetos, protein shakes, and a holocaust of chicken thighs.

@Stevepep I'm happy to hear you're healing well!

I'm not going to inject directly into the knee but just above it and hope gravity does its job, as it has with the rest of me 😀 . Not sure what to do about the shoulder area.

I'm starting Cartalax shortly, then, when I get the $$$$$ saved, I'll do a Wolverine via separate injections BPC157/TB4.

Yeah, Rogan pushes peptides pretty hard, which is good; the future of Medicine is in peptides. Unfortunately, I think it will be taken over and placed out of reach of those struggling with health issues who've already spent their life savings in the so-called Health "Care" system. Don't get me wrong, a good Dr. can save your life, but as far as achieving true health and longevity, they are few and far between. Pharma/govt shut them down. I've been through that journey with Lyme Disease for over 13 years.

@eleanor I generally inject centrally, as I have not noticed a difference injecting site-specific over centrally. That being said, when i have an acute injury and I double up, I might do one local and another centrally. I don’t think it hurts either way, but what research I have seen indicates BPC/TB5 diffuse systemically quite rapidly.

As stated elsewhere, I think the bigger challenge for this protocol is that recommended/standard dosing protocols is actually very low and higher doses are both tolerable and very effective.

@Stevepep hopefully you are not doing touch and go deads, that will eventually get you. I have seen a lot of people hurt themselves doing touch and go, and then blame deadlifts for their spinal issues.I have never had an issue doing deadlifts, now sneezing or tying my shoe can be sketchy

Good to know for when I start that protocol later this Summer. Got to watch video again of mixing a couple different peps in one. Wondering if GHK & BCP can work together and pop TB4 separately? Any ideas?
