I ordered two vials of GHK-Cu. When I reconstituted one, it didn't dissolve quickly. I sent a picture of the problem and he asked me if it happened with the second vial. So I reconstituted the second vial and it also didn't dissolve quickly. Without any hesitation, he sent me two more vials AND Hospira BAC water to reconstitute it with. And sent it two day air. And didn't charge me anything.
Can customer service get any better than that?!
Yes, one of the new vials with the Hospira BAC water he provided did dissolve right away so I"m very pleased!
