New Peep Questions!

Hi, I am new to the peptide critic crew and had some questions regarding orders and contact methods. I am super glad that the shop has a message board and a bunch of other cool tools! I placed an order already and I am super excited to get started with pens and some other cool stuff I had no idea was out there.
My biggest question is what normal time line on orders being shipped and sent to you looked like. I paid for 1-3 day shipping, but I didn't know if that was pretty standard for the shop, and if it was an extra that wasn't necessary.
The next thing would be contact methods. I have looked all over the website for a way to contact customer support if needed. I did not know the best way to do that if I ever had any questions or needed help.
Little info about me... My wife and I are a small vendor here in the panhandle of Texas. Mostly local stuff, very little shipped! We love access to all the pricing and reviews from grey vendors, testing information, and other great resources. We look forward to contributing in the future and getting some great answers for this awesome community!
