Hello all, I received a bad batch of Peptira BAC WATER. (3ml vial) or 10mg vial of Tesamorelin. The ph appears to be off and/or no negative pressure in Tesa vial. 2 things happened. 1. While reconstituting the Tesa vial, there appeared to be no negative pressure in vial causing the syringe to not self inject during the process, had to manually inject the BAC water. 2. The Tesamorelin immediately turned cloudy during process. 10 hours later turned to gel. Customer service states they check their batches before shipping and is refusing to refund or exchange.

I have TA1 that mixed up cloudy and they are fighting me on replacing it. In the past I popped the plastic cap off a vial and the entire stopper came out. Labels on many of the vials I received are lop sided and look like my 4 year old granddaughter placed them on. I won't be using them anymore, especially when there are so many other legit companies to deal with.

I will pile on - for the barebone testing that they do they charge top $$ for their vials for whatever reasons.

I think EZ, Simple, Atomik, Peptira were the first movers, and gathered some fan following. Then they became complacent and stopped any improvement.

I've not understood until now why EZ AMP prices are so high for the barebone testing they do when there're so many others now doing full panel testing.
