Flawless Compounds User Review: Received an order I didn’t place, with information I did not give.

When I looked at their site(brand new to the idea of peptides) it required I make an account to view products, so I did and then I moved on from the site after exploring. I did not give an address and I used my nickname on the profile. A week later I receive a package to my house from them with my government name, and an email i didn’t create in the notes(the email address had my home address in it). I had forgotten that I even created an account(I discovered peptides are super expensive in general lol) so when I got the package of vials I didn’t order from a brand I didn’t even remember I called the nonemergency police line and gave a report(random injectables delivered to my door stressed me out lol), but then I looked in my actual emails and found a “created an account” email from them so I logged into their site and there was no address in my account, my name was my nickname not my government name, and there was zero order history.
You’re like “cool free peptides” but I’m like “how did you get my info, I didn’t give you this info” so I try calling the support line and it’s disconnected, I call their IT number and it’s got a full mailbox. I’m not trying to email a robot so I reach out to their IG team and explain the whole situation and they reply with “lol ok what do you want us to do about it” and telling me to “clean up my house” LITERALLY. Before even asking me for clarifying information or asking about my account or even directing me to a useful support line. So I screenshot it and post it and they threaten to call their police for my screenshot, AND demanded I apologize and post a retraction. What a wild trip. Might even be good peptides, but how did you get my information, and DONT BE A DOUCHE TO PEOPLE WHO YOUVE BEEN SKETCHY WITH.Anyway…. Whoever runs their IG is the least professional person I’ve ever talked to, and they somehow can acquire your data and personal info when you create an account at all.
(Example my account is under Mickey, the package came in for Michael which is my government name and not what I use for regular accounts, my account had no address and order history yet they were able to send me a package, the email was my initials and then my address number and did not match the email on my account which is where I got the account creation email to begin with)

Back when I was big on Ambien, I’d wake up next to Taco Bell wrappers, empty Cheetos bags, and occasionally Amazon boxes I had no memory of ordering. So I understand the “wait… did I do this?” moment.
But realistically, this doesn’t sound like that. It’s possible their database or fulfillment system got crossed up and someone got sent an order by mistake.
The weird part is, you don’t enter shipping info just to make an account at Flawless. That’s not an option. So if someone got a package with their legal name and address, but no address or order history on the account, that’s a fair question.
Mistakes happen. Mystery injectables showing up is weird. Not sure I buy this one.

That's crazy! I've ordered from Flawless numerous times and have been super easy to deal with.

I've been ordering from them on and off since last summer and haven't had any issues with 1 small exception... occasional lack of vacuum in the vial and in both vials in my last recent order of pinealon. I did email them and they told me that is not a prime indicator of quality and that was that. I've gone grey but I do like to be able to order singles occasionally in between drops. Might have to take a stroll for a different reseller. Aside from the no vacuum vials they've been a great resource!

I just placed an order with Flawless yesterday. Will let you know how it goes. They have my name, address, payment, so, no hacking required (if it happened at all).
Can you share a pic of the packaging? I'm curious what it looks like. What is the website address you used?
