Nexaph Review: 5Star Customer Service + A Technical Question
-
Two days ago I ordered my first peptides for work the wabbits joint injuries: BPC157 and TB500.
I ordered a 10 vial (10mg) kit of each from Nexaph.
Today Nexaph reached out to inform me that indepenent testing revealed that the TB500 was underfilled so Nexaph issued a 25% refund (as a credit, which I will gladly use), and stated that the testing shows the content to be good (safe to use) other wise. A link was provided which sho-nuf showed about 25% light, but all >= 99.89% purity.
I am thrilled to know that ungoing testing is actually being done and just as thrilled that Nexaph is owning the issue and making it right.
As a noob, the tech question is this: Is proper reconstitution just a simple matter of using the 7.5mg (instead of 10mg) value in the calculator?
Thanks to Nexaph and to anyone willing to help the noob.
Cheers

If the under filled average came out to 7.5mg then yes. Here is a pic of my research raccoon's Reta that was just slightly over filled at 5.32.
