I've ordered (so has family) dozens of times. Always ships quickly, good COMMS regarding shipping/order status, just that USPS is not as reliable as FedEx so I've had to wait a few extra days...just keep that in mind.
They went through some weird billing changes and the whole stupid/lame KYC crap, and the last time my order said "purchased from" some Chinese name, which was kinda sketch tbh. I went to Southern and for same identical product (after discounts from both Penguin and them), I paid $166 for NAD+ and it was gonna be $291 from Peng. So guess I'm saying - shop them...but they've always been reliable so maybe it's worth paying 75% more? Food for thought.
