    @izzdatboi I thought the same when I saw the pictures, like a sliver of metal. Hopefully when they test it that is what it ends up being. Still not good but at least that would be better than hair.

      3d printing material? Wonder if the dipper for measuring the dose is made of pla or has a gear in it made of such. Like heat kicked out some little hairs.

        What’s a stray fiber every six months when you can have cat hair, pests, and bacteria in your Pharma injectables. NOVO makes most pharma injectables and has been having ongoing, fine worthy, issues for a few years. (Snarky font for those without a sense of humor)

            @Randy
            Well this is bummer. First time trying Aavant (T-15 batch 2). Guess I'll cross my fingers the results from the buyer-testing group I'm in pan out.

              This is one of the reasons I only bought a single kit of T30 and one of T60, the phrase "only spend what you can afford to lose" sticks in my mind. My Rocky Balboa feeling feel flat on it's face when I read the messages of cracked vials and the hair.

              Reminds me of the other stories/three letter agency warning letters I've read: Novo's Cat Hair! ProRX big mac sauce and hair to name a couple

              The questions in my mind: was it produced in the same facility, same room, same week, same workflow? So many more questions!

              If it's environmental, doesn't it become a higher risk that other batches are affected as well? It'll be interesting to see what those re-test results are.

              If it ends up being Pubes, doesn't it seem that this would be deliberate? What else may have been done? ohhh gawd I'm just gonna stop, it makes my gut roll.

                  Yuck. And here I was all upset because I missed the last drop that took FOREVER because I got sick of checking back. 🙃 I wonder if it's because they rushed to get the orders filled after such a long wait? I'm not sure what the hold up was. It may be all part of it...

                            The cracked vials were likely from shipping/packing conditions. They packed the plastic kit boxes in a single layer bubble wrap envelope, and put that in a box which, if one only ordered one or two kits, would have a lot of space to bang around in.

                            The fiber, to me, looks like something from carpet; but def not hair, at that scale.

                            I have 2 kits from the same batch, and 4 other kits from 2 other batches during this same order, all look as clean as any other puck I've received, and no cracked vials.

                            Some beat up, crumbled pucks, but that's about it.

                              @Splinter Rug fibers aren't good news. Any fiber isn't good; it means unsanitary conditions. Also, these materials are highly hygroscopic, and you can see these were not handled in a humidity-controlled environment, likely not filtered as well. It doesn't mean the product is bad just means the shelf life will be far less. The joy of buying grey. You get what you get and you don't regret

                                @Randy Shouldn't worry about the pubes. The pubes just casually dusted in while the true "extract" was being added😔

                                        @Stevepep - I’ve seen the pictures and believe you are being ridiculous - which is absolutely your right….but let’s stop pretending your opinion is fact. Again, you don’t like this vendor, that’s fine. I’m not a fanboy, but find it disingenuous. Sort of like the over the top Grey Zone warning….”but we don’t mean the Grey vendors we promote.” But that’s just my opinion and it’s not my website, so Randy can do whatever he wants.

                                          @Blueeyedme Lets play the game. It looks like a Pube, but it isn't. No matter what, it's contamination, so it's not good. I won't get into the obvious moisture control issues. You want to stick up for poor production standards, that's your right. Most of us on here are seeking high-quality products and want to hold those who don't deliver responsible thats what a major part of this community is about. Like @randy says its the job.
