Crush Research's Reta works as good as Canlab's. So, I suspect now Glacier Aminos sold me Tirz under Reta label, or something else.

I had absolutely no appetite suppression when I first switched from Tz to Rta. Like I had intense cravings, and felt like I was hungry all the time. It was controllable but it drove me crazy. I didn't start with a therapeutic dose, instead took it slow .25-.5-1mg etc I've now been on it 2.5 months, at 2mg and finally feeling some suppression. I've read articles where it's common for no appetite suppression with Rta on the lower doses and the 2 don't work the same. I almost gave up due to headaches and heart rate increase but that has now subsided, so I'll continue to see how it goes.

Interestingly, the chromatogram from that batch shows retention time ~7min. All other batches show retention times 15+-3min here, here and here. Even Tirzepatide and Semaglutide is over 10min. I am no expert in chromatograms but I see the difference, especially from the same lab.

I researched Retatrutide from Glacier Aminos, starting with 0.5mg, then 1mg, then 2mg, twice a week. I barely felt any effect, didn't have much of appetite suppression, my weight has actually increased. I have been on Zepbound previously, about 6mg a week, also, not much of an effect on weight recently, stable, but with at least some appetite suppression.
Then I tried Reta from another vendor (Canlab), used 2.5mg once, and I felt a great appetite suppression effect right away.
I wonder, what's going on there. Glacier Aminos batch had all nice COAs, and it was praised by the people here. I also have a batch from Crush Research, which I am going to try in a week.

@vpeptides I just posted about this but with reference to Survo. Good suppression for the first 3 or 4 days, and then sugar/carb noise. Although you didn't report the noise and I was pretty good about sticking to light meals, I gained a couple of pounds.

What I think is happening is the glucagon receptor is causing a glucose dump from the liver into the bloodstream, and until that's done, you might have these waves. I've had only 2 doses Survo, which concentrates on glucagon and I research 7.5 Tirz.

I don't know that anything's wrong with Glacier Aminos; it might be that the dose is starting to build in your system. This is speculation, of course, but I have heard the same from others about the glucagon receptor build. I got mine from Flawless; buy 2 get one free and haven't changed vendors. You could be right about GA, IDK. That's kind of why I stick with one until I know what's going on. Not saying you should. Please keep us updated. The fact that you gained a bit of poundage might actually mean it's working.

BINGO, it's definitely the glucose dump! Working!

I just was impressed when after 2mg dose of Reta from GA produced no effect (like in the previous weeks too), but in the next week, the same 2mg from another supplier, caused all kind of differences. Made me wonder.

Also those Kovera lab reports don't show charts with m/z like others labs do, so you can't figure the molar mass identified.

I wouldn't worry about Steves reta. I know for a fact he's tossed bad batches more than once and eaten car size losses. If you have an untouched bottle i can arrange to have it tested at a lab thats not kovera.

I can tell you from experience reta did not suppress my appetite at all. Its why im a tirzoholic.

@Randy Thank you! I don't have any more, and I am stocked with vials from Crush, which work well for sure.
