Has anyone else noticed their GLP plateau/stall coincides with stress (cortisol levels)?

My triple agonist wasn’t performing as well as I thought it should even with dosage increases. At the beginning of April I quit my longtime job that had become unbearable, took two weeks off, and started new job. Since then I have now been on a rapid decline on the scale. So much so that’s I’m thinking of dialing back dosage.

Same job, different company. Same intake and activity levels. Only difference is stress levels while at work.

Cortisol can wreak havoc on your body. This is literally proof haha. Ive basicly been upping my cardio every day to find the break even. Finally broke the stall today. Its 90 percent science and 10 percent hoodoo witch doctor bullshit lol

there is a device, called Hormometer, you can use to measure your cortisol instantly. You need to track it few times a day because it has a daily pattern. You will see the tendency and what causes it to go lower.

Don't forget to also adjust your TDEE. I reevaluate mine every month to make sure I'm staying in a calorie deficit with my weight loss. It's easy to forget. But hang in there, you got this. I just restarted my compounded Tirzepatide this past week after being off of it since my lost pin, April 22nd. Making sure the mass I have in my neck wasn't cancerous and turns out to be a benign tumor, so all my Docs cleared me to start back. Also, try going for a 20 minute walk after dinner. That might help with cortisol levels. IMG_0803.jpeg
