Peptide Crafters Envelope Arrived w/Crushed Vials!
-
They just wrapped up the envelope and sealed it with no bubble wrap or anything. I sent them a msg. on their site but couldn't attach picture. Awaiting email address to send pic. Do they actually expect me to pay for shipping this back to them? I've never had this trouble with them in previous order. Who "wrapped" this?! LOOK!

Oh, I ordered 3 vials and they came in a nice magnetic padded box. For 2 they don't do it, and it coincided with a shipping accident.

So, never mind it's 2 vials instead of 3?! I don't think crushed vials, regardless of the number is acceptable. If this is the case, I will not be ordering from them ever again.

@Eleanor You mean there was nothing else covering this plastic bag? That's also bad to keep shipments discreet.

I hope you will get it sorted with them. I usually turn off shipping insurance option when checking out, trying my luck, and so far it was ok.
@vpeptides From what another vendor once told me is that shipping insurance is only for customers claiming order delivered but stolen or misdelivered.
For any damage or loss during transit the vendor along with the carrier is supposed to fix the issue. That's not on customer head.
I think it was Josh, the owner of Peptidology who had clearly stated this. So this should not be coming from customer shipping insurance. It's a clear in-transit damage. Does the carrier have a photo proof?

It was wrapped in a white plastic envelope, no bubble wrap, etc, and placed in a flat Fed Ex brown envelope that said it was 'padded' when it is thin corrugated cardboard. No padding whatsoever. Just placing a book on it would have crushed the contents. VERY shoddy.
The top of the thin cardboard has a rip in it about 2 inches long. Something tore it and mashed it.

Right now Pinealon is on sale on BLL https://biolongevitylabs.com/product/pinealon-20mg/ even cheaper, with JayC code. That one should be US-made and a good quality.

Did they package it with brown sugar? Wtf. Thats nuts

@quicksilver80 LMAO! That's a great description!

@vpeptides I can't afford it now. Hopefully, Peptide Crafters will give me a full refund and not jerk me around with mailing their mashed pkg back to them.

Well, I guess Peptide Crafters were impressed with the flatness of the product, as in Wylie Coyote flat. They are mailing me another order, in which I asked them to make sure it's supported well. I've ordered from them previously and do like their products and prices, so, this did surprise me. Hope they work it out and don't do that to anyone else again, but they're trying to make good.

@Eleanor woah! Thats a first. Let us know how they handle this. Historically they have been a great company but things can change.
@Randy Hi Randy. I really like them too but this was crazy. We have communicated and they are sending me a replacement. I attached the pics you see in this thread and it seems their quite convinced as well. I do not think it's 100% Fed Ex or PC's fault. Pep Crafters should have packed the vials much better and Fed Ex was too rough with the pkg.; but that's why packing them well is important. We'll see what happens when the new pkg arrives. I do hope they begin protecting the product more carefully and I told them so.

I’m glad to hear they are making things right with you. I’ve ordered from them a few times never an issue. But they were always delivered and some sort of box. Whether a cardboard bond with cushioning. Or a hard plastic one. I can’t believe they would send vials packed like that.
