Peptide Crafters Envelope Arrived w/Crushed Vials!

@eleanor Do ask them to make it right. I had an experience with Eternal Peptides where a vial of Glutathione I'd ordered arrived cracked. I mentioned it to them (didn't even request anything) and they shipped a replacement out immediately. Shit happens... so I tend to judge based on what folks do about it

@eleanor This is often the 3PL fulfillment center staff at fault. They are supposed to pack properly before shipping out. Maybe someone has been slacking off.
My very first RUO purchase was from Licensed Peptides. Aside from the fact that they were shipping out stuff still under testing and lying about COA availability, their packing was also sloppy at best.
I ended up returning my vials except the H BAC and getting a refund.

@peptideed I did ask, submitted a picture and they jumped on it and told me they were shipping out replacement. Will see how it goes.
@stevepep I've ordered from them before and they were exceptional so not letting this color my opinion; something went wrong. If it happens again, well then,...No.
@pep_researcher I agree. Someone got distracted or just fluffed off. -
Right now Pinealon is on sale on BLL https://biolongevitylabs.com/product/pinealon-20mg/ even cheaper, with JayC code. That one should be US-made and a good quality.
I see sale next to everything but I don't see anything for sale prices on that site.

Oh for Heavens Sake, at least these 2 vials arrived whole, but the wrap was just the same as the last! I suppose I just got lucky. You would think after the first smash, they'd use a bit more caution, but noooo. It shouldn't matter the number of vials. I've never experienced this with any other vendor.
Okay, well, I have one more order in with them and hope it arrives intact. After this, I'm done dealing with them bc getting mashed is bound to happen again. Damned shame. Sheesh!

Crush Research is better than crushed research?
I read their disclaimer when I sent my complaint and paraphrase, "Continued complaints about items lost or damaged will be ignored..." and maybe something about the log in removed from the site. What happened to me has no doubt happened to a number of people before. No thanks, There are plenty of others who do it the right way.

As if 2 vials should be treated lesser than 3 vials? Does it not occur to this vendor that I'm going to try their services out in a smaller way before making bigger investments? Evidently not. Anything I do with regard to July 4th buying with not be with Crush (Research). Ridiculous...

To be fair, this is how I received my 3 vials from Peptide Crafters, which I appreciate.
@vpeptides This isn't a matter of "fair", don't you get it? It's careless disregard. Do my mere 2 vials not even deserve bubble wrap, or some sort of padding, esp. after having been smashed to pieces?! Sorry mister, but your display is BS.

@Eleanor By "fair" I only meant I have no reason to complain about them. At the same time I agree that they could handle your case better, no doubt. On the other hand, most of the companies so far sent me just bubble wraps in Fedex boxes. The only good exceptions were Ion, Peptology and Crafters. But all of them seems to use this option for 3+ vials.

@Eleanor Ah, correction, not boxes, envelopes. The usual package is a bubble envelope in a Fedex envelope. I just got 8 vials from BioLongevity this way. The boxes are luxury. Definitely, if a sloppy Fedex worker stepped on that envelop, I would also get a "crushed research".

Well of course not. YOUR ORDER DIDN'T GET SMASHED! Hey, I wonder if the order I have in process right now with them will be smashed, and if I let them know, I'll be banned for "complaining too much'? That would be interesting.
