FOODIE HERE! Looking to expand my recipe rotation and would love to know what you are fueling your bodies with. Trying to eat with intention while breaking old habits and still maintaining flavor. Please share your favorite high-protein dishes and recipes.

Currently obsessed with at home salmon & tuna poke bowls.
    brown rice or cauliflower rice
    salmon/tuna or both
    avocado
    green pepper
    red onion
    carrot
    cucumber
    green onion
    spicy mayo
    wasabi sauce
    unagi
    masago
    sesame seeds

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

I love making breakfast burritos with low carb tortillas.

      • 1 lb ground beef (as lean as you prefer, but 80/20 is my goto)
      • 10 whole eggs
      • cheese
      • low carb tortillas

      Should make about 6 burritos.

I also spray them with olive oil then bake at 400 to get a crisp at the end. Then I wrap them in foil. Fridge if I'm going to eat in the next week, freezer if I'm saving for more than a week.

I do not use the brown sugar, yogurt, or rice; although I might have a piece of naan, or pita to scoop it up. I also cook the chicken thighs whole in the pan and add a small can of, or fresh tomatoes. OMG, it is so dang good!
