As for Trevor, idk who is paying him 250k/year for a black card but I hope to god it is 0 people. It would be a hell of a lot cheaper to have Huberman or Hormozi as a personal coach if you need someone to tell you you’re a pathetic loser and you’ll never be good enough.

Hell, I will do that for $25,000/year. (Limited seats; offer may end if capacity is reached. Occasional bouts of empathy may occur.)

I don’t think he has ANYONE sign up for that!

@martinmarin You don't make a lick of sense- who's they? and only certain people in the lifestyle prefer master/slave relationships. You sound like you're speaking purely pretend.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

@justalittleprick Yeah, he definitely has a target audience and we are not it. You’d know better than me, but I would imagine it is upscale mostly women who want and can afford concierge level care.

The all-in quote I got for my wife was around $6,000/month for HRT, GLOW, Tirz, minoxidil, and maybe a couple other things. We are doing the same for about $600 a month and most of that is the HRT and minoxidil.

        Wow!

I just did the weight loss program with SLU-PP-332, AOD-9604, and O-304. It was about $800/,month including coaching and the above mentioned peptides and I ran it through my HSA.

I have my own Reta, KLOW, Tesa/IPA, etc and do my TRT elsewhere.

@justalittleprick Yeah, it was $1,360 just for the Glow. The tirz was $1,100 for 5mg, and we didn’t get into the other stuff in detail. I would have gone for the labs and maybe the HRT for my bride. That was competitive to high, but not crazy. I think she would like more guidance than I want to keep her focused and making progress. Currently trying to get her to talk to a local doc who is probably also stupid expensive but would at least be in person.

Do you know how hard you have to work to lose your License as a chiropractor in California?

@justalittleprick Was it worth $800 / month? Out of pure curiosity, anything in the coaching actually help you that you couldn't figure out in an hours worth of reading / researching for yourself?

Dr Jones and his “Program” is way over priced plus hes a chiro and I dont trust them at all

Dr Ashley I have no issue that she is a DO and two of the best docs I know are DO’s and their full system approach to getting people better is what works in this space.

The best advice is figure out who aligns with YOUR Research. Then use them as ONE of your sources and aggregate all of them into a considered opinion

@Nuncles That's the point. They all have their agendas and most mean well. That's why we are all advocates here. Peptides are amazing! There is a large community out there researching and all share their experience. Just take note do a little research. Dosages is all debatable. If you cant afford to dail it down with blood work. Be patient and titrate up until you find your sweet spot. Find the least effective dose.

I'm still waiting for the next peptide critic video. Meantime I been re/watching Dr Trevor Backmeyer videos to kill some time.

That's one of the biggest frustrations about research. No standard protocols. I know everyone's research subject is different and responds differently. But it's frustrating when you see one website or post that says take X amount daily and another one that says take Y amount every other day or as needed. I'm pretty conservative about the dosage so I'm not worried about overdoing it. I guess the main concern is taking too much of something (or too long) that causes desensitization. What it boils down to is that I wish there were standard protocols so that I could tell if I'm utilizing the peptide to its full potential. I know, research is a grey area (pun intended) trial and error game, but I guess I get enough of that at work. Just tell me what I need to make my body feel better damnit! 😬 😁

One of the things I find funny about many of the YouTubers listed here is that so many of them use AI and basically just read it that AI terms have become part of the vernacular. “But the data shows…” “Where it gets interesting…” literally verbatim from the AI spew. @ResearchCat Take note and do your research. I just happen to like Trevor's stacks. That man is onto something.

                                      Three metabolic failures

                                      1. Insulin resistance
                                      2. Systemic inflammation
                                      3. ATP bankrupt

You tune your peptides to correct all three you basically fix almost everything. From experience, so far so good. amd i havent purhchased a thing from him. I should just to thank him. Just listen.

@Nuncles Don't forget "You/we are the test/rats". Peptides work, just use them widely.

@ResearchCat Take note and do your research. I just happen to like Trevor's stacks. That man is onto something.

                                          Three metabolic failures

                                          1. Insulin resistance
                                          2. Systemic inflammation
                                          3. ATP bankrupt

You tune your peptides to correct all three you basically fix almost everything. From experience, so far so good. amd i havent purhchased a thing from him. I should just to thank him. Just listen.

@martinmarin you keep telling everyone to take notes and do their research but you're ignoring all of the facts about Trevor.

I think you might be Trevor with how much you're obsessing.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.
