@martinmarin you keep telling everyone to take notes and do their research but you're ignoring all of the facts about Trevor.

I think you might be Trevor with how much you're obsessing.

I see where you are going with that. If he is Trevor you should get a Trevor's style answer.

@justalittleprick Was it worth $800 / month? Out of pure curiosity, anything in the coaching actually help you that you couldn't figure out in an hours worth of reading / researching for yourself?

@gym.rat The challenge is there is a lot of different advice out there for people in varying stages of their weight loss. I didn't want to spend months of trial and error and potentially get discouraged.

Some of the peptide choices I made and Dr. Jones verified, but they guided me with calorie intake, macros, urging me to try fasting. He stresses metabolic flexibility and fixing insulin resistance and I accomplished that with their help.

On my own, I was undereating. I had lost ~30lbs, but was losing muscle. Once I started working with Dr Jones team, I had a 3 month stretch where I lost 27 lbs of fat and gained 6 lbs of muscle (verified by DEXA)

The SLU-PP-332 and AOD were worth trying.

I'm much more knowledgable now compared to when I went to them. I'm able to source peptides myself and put together protocols with some degree of confidence.

I had HSA funds to pay for it, which I will claim as a doctor prescribed weight loss program.

@justalittleprick I do find it interesting they recommended SLU-PP-332 because the bio availability sucks, therefore large doses are needed. Yet we don't know what the correct dose is, only that it needs to be damn large. Then there is the potential cancer risk. No, I don't think it causes cancer at all. The concern is that ERR alpha is a receptor that various cancers exploit for growth. Multiple studies show that blocking ERR alpha slows tumor growth in breast cancer, lung cancer, and other cancer types. Chronically activating a receptor that cancer cells depend on is an unknown risk. We just don't know, even though I personally think it is safe.

Lastly, better alternatives exist for the same goals.

AOD is a tricky one too. It's a super finicky peptide and requires strict fasting windows. Because of this (I've bought some for the record) I think there are also better alternatives. To me they are pushing these products b/c more money in their pocket, not necessarily because they are good. There is so much info out there about fasting and with Reta, my goodness does it make fasting easy.

Anyway, I'm beating a dead horse. Just wanted to reply. Others are welcome to disagree.

LifeMed Institute, a wellness center near where I live, got me started on peps. I didn't know much about them then so I went down that hole and found Dr. Ashley Frose YT channel. Then found @randy channel and really went hard on them thanks to his videos and this site. So those two have been mine. I now going to have to check out Dr. Trevor Bachmeyer's YT channel.

@gym.rat I only done one run of SLU-PP-322 and back onboard again. I just take .5mg subcutaneously along with Motsc and 5amino 1mq. Hey that combo is amazing! 24 hour worth of fat as energy. If you ever made it to ketosis. Yes fat has more energy than carbs. And yes i heard that combo first from Backmeyer.

I’m not saying that Trevor doesn’t put out some good content, sometimes, but I have learned enough about him that I don’t trust him. Anyone who cheats automatically discredits themselves in all areas.

@gym.rat They do SLU-PP-332 orally and only 400mcg daily.

My wife is taking 250mcg and noticed the energy / stamina increase.

You're right through. Doses are all over the map.

I'd probably run 1mg daily if I did it again.

I could feel it subtly if I was fasted, even at 400 mcg.

I was running reta and tesa/ipa at the same time, so it's tough to attribute weight loss to one compound.

@martinmarin Wait....how are you reconstituting it? It's not water soluble.

@justalittleprick Far as I'm concerned it is placebo or another pep giving the energy. I've tried 1mg up to 10mg and got nothing. Now the orals you see are 20mg a pop vs the original 500mcg b/c it has been pretty well established at this point that it sucks when it comes to oral bioavailability. The recon thing is another matter entirely, so this pep is just not good. To get the dose you need is major $$$. Way better alts available.

@gym.rat I jast checked my vial of Slup It is still hanging in there. If it isn't Slup then it must be something close. Like mentioned before. I only done it once before from another source and it was reconstituted with just BAC and didnt have an issue. Feels the same. Feels like the first time I done MOTSc but extra. I was about to go to the gym for the second time for cardio. No flow state yet. lol

I watched one of that Reta Unfilter guys videos. He's dangerous as hell in his advice and way to open about what he's doing to drive traffic to his skool for paying subs. He was telling/showing people how to reconsistute reta, without any regard to the mass and or reference to a coa to estimate it. If that was a Nexaph vial they could end up with 20-30% overdose of Reta and potentially a very bad week. He's a shill at best, and a danger to others at worst. He's way to open about gray for human use, drawing a lot of attention and likely to be on an enforcement list if not already. Lastly, he promotes himself and his skool to provide actionable techniques to his subs on buying gray without being scammed. One of there first group buys ended up being a scam (test found all filler, no peptide). The worst part, himself and some of his members had already been injecting the stuff before the test had even come back! They're lucky it was just filler they were injecting. Again, dangerous and foolish.

@Newenough not to mention the 300+ fake positive bot comments about how he’s such a genius on all of his videos that have maybe 1k likes. He’s going to get people hurt with his ignorant advice.
