Southern Aminos Shipping over weekends and Holidays
-
I recently placed an a rather large order with Southern Aminos. Since they had a rather large sale promotion going on. I wasn't surprised they didn't get it out on the same day. But then they shipped it on July second knowing that Fed Ex wasn't going to be moving anything on Saturday July 4th or Sunday July 5th. So an order placed on the first is in transit until delivery on July 6. We are experiencing extreme heat, 100 degrees , where I live. Fed Ex isn't air conditioning their cargo. I think this was really poor judgement to ship these peptides over a holiday when they could have just held them and waited. I am know concerned about degradation from extreme heat. I am new to research and am wondering if my concern is valid. Comments and suggestions are appreciated.

I ordered one vial of Tirzepatide from them on July 1st. I immediately got a tracking # stating i would get if Friday the 3rd. I kinda doubted that, and the tracking from southern aminos says it's waiting at the Memphis hub, but fedex says is stuck in Texas. Hopefully it will be here tomorrow, the 6th. If it's much longer, I wonder if they will honor a replacement due to the heat?

I placed an order on the second (Thursday) and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Monday). That's 4 days and totally reasonable. It will fine. I would not worry about the heat and can almost guarantee that it won't be a reason for them to honor a replacement. Remember that these are lyophilized. It's not the same if you happen to be comparing them to orders placed by compounding pharmacies.

If it's dry heat, no humidity, I don't think there will be a problem. It's very humid where I live and just got my last goods delivered safely. It arrived in my mailbox USPS, in a USPS box, inside, a real bubbled envelope and inside that, each vial (2) bubble wrapped.
VERY NICE JOB SOUTHERN AMINOS!

I am finding out that most of these companies that say free two day shipping are really not giving you that. First off they don't pay for Saturday delivery and the day they package it up for shipping it's sitting waiting for pick up so between the day you order and the day they have their shipping ticket ready for FedEx to pick up that could be two days right there. FedEx does not guarantee two days either. Once it is in their hands they try to get it out in two days but it often gets stuck in the hub and ends up being a three day delivery. And if a Saturday delivery isn't included it's now sitting two days over a weekend. I still think temperature is an issue with a five day delivery when the back of UPS and FedEx trucks can get up to 160°. I have ordered from about six different companies now and I can tell you that my high compound always delivers in two days in my experience. Limitless has been really good too and they stuck ice in it twice.
