Not sure on the degree of your blood pressure. Notnsure if youre on Ace inhibitors, beta blockers... If youre committing to optimize mitochondria? I would try Co-Q10 and Methylene Blue first. Still considering your blood pressure. You need to lower your inflation first. Foundation first and then you can consider researching with peptides on your own.

Thank you for your reply. I think you mean my inflammation, which is well lowered. I'm researching SS-31 before MOTS-C. I really have no interest in Co-Q10 or MBlue. I have a personal program I'm trying to follow. Think I will go with 1/2 doses and monitor BP. Thanks much!

@Eleanor Well if youre all in then MOTSC and NAD+ definitely to get the engines running. As soon as you get going in between the cycle throw in SS31. MOTSC signal what to do. NAD+ is the fuel to all mitochondria. SS31 repairs. A car analogy- You need a driver on board to to drive step on the pedal (MOTSC). You need the proper fuel (NAD+). Need a mechanic to repair and patch up the car and engine SS31. The engine cannot be repaired without a driver on low to no fuel? As far as I am concern there isn't anything left to move the needle but mitochondria. Give what you have of mitochondria to run the best they can. Then start repairing. All three do way more then what I described. When you get all three or along the way you will start Mitochondrial biogenesis (make more mitochondria). If you later wants to level up you can clears out dead mitochondria via a cellular process called mitochondria mitophagy by doing a MOTSC, NAD+ and Humanin. Personally I never done it but Humanin is in bucket list of peps. Man there are so many like FOXO4-p53, CRUNCH and of course NAD that clean up dead cells.

Here is a video of this guy who did a cleaning along the way. There are alot of jewels in there. All including Mitochondria optimizations and cleaning with peptides.

@Eleanor Yes, I get all my Hospira BAC from peptidetest.com. Zero issues and good pricing. Been ordering from them for the last 12 months or so. In fact I just placed an order the other day b/c I'm about to do a cycle of SS-31 myself starting manana. Screenshot 2026-07-04 at 1.28.56 AM.png

Ok, well, it's 97 degrees here and up to 90% humidity. Most items delivered during height of heat and I don't get home until 6pm.

@gym.rat Understand and agree! I appreciate your help, I really do. I'm so tired; this is the first real time I've had off in 2 years. so...gotta do something. I plan to do SS31 & MOTSC separately.

@Eleanor The product will be fine, just don't let it sit on your porch or in your mailbox unattended. I make sure I'm home the minute it arrives and off it goes to a room temp dark place.

@Eleanor Not sure about your area, but with UPS and FedEx both there is an option to have packages delivered to the local UPS/FedEx store. I have used it several times because I wasn't going to be at home when a package was delivered and is pretty convenient to stop by the store on the way home from work and pick it up.

@Falc Thanks Falc. Let me see who delivers peptidetest products. Great idea!

Unfortunately, they use USPS and the PO I have near me I wouldn't have doggie biscuits delivered there.

In context of mitochondrial stack, Humanin is worth mentioning too.

@gym.rat so what’s a good dose even on peptide protocol it calls for 5mg a day if memory serve me. It said I need like 15 vials for a cycle. That seems so high

@Eleanor I would overlap them to be honest. Very synergetic. Also consider adding buffered NAD+ for the trifecta as they all work together. See my SS-31 page for a full write-up. All the fine details are there.

Didn't know you had an "SS-31 page" but if I don't find it, I think you've given me plenty of into to get started well and I truly appreciate it.

I'm a bit afraid to take MOTS=C along with SS-31 because I have no reference for which is doing what should there be complications; expected more from MOTS-C. I might start MOTS-C just before finishing up SS-31 but that's as close as I get. I will, however, be on NAD+ throughout all protocols. Can't leave home without it. Stopping the Epithalon, as it produces too much sleep for my needs and keeping the Pinealon.

@Eleanor you started with 0.5mg of Epitalon, didn't you? You may also try 0.1mg before you stop it, to see if it has a milder effect on you.

Yes, 0.5. While I appreciate what you're saying, I don't have sleep problems and just don't want it.

Guys I'm 55yo. I'm on MOTsC, NAD, SS31, 5amino 1mq, *Slu-ss-332, Reta, Semax, Selank, BPC157+TB500 (wolverine), Epithalon and LL-37. Im also doing anavar. Going into my 5mo. MOTsC, NAD and SS31 are so significant. Just google this "Will a human body survive without mitochondria?".

Yep. Wish I could get some BAC chloride/alcohol to me now but weather is just too hot and peptidetest does USPS. No way I'm paying for that!

Guys dont beat yourself on the head over dosage. Just do what I do. Motsc 1mg, NAD 100mg, SS31 1mg. I have energy enough to last me almost all day. All of them first thing in the morning. Then you can titrate/ tune-up from there. It is more cost effective.I wouldn't mess with high dosages not unless you are doing blood work. Be patient. Remember you are the rat. Most protocols are from some else or gathered from a group that are researching as well. So "pinch, pin and pray". lol

@gym.rat I misspoke sorry 1-2 seemed like a lot since most places sell it in 10 MG vials, that’s a lot of vials. 30 days, 60MG that’s 6 vials a month, seemed high to me. I need to order 12 to do 8 weeks or 9 for 6.

@gym.rat Now that is well thought out. The sweet spot is to find the least effective dose. I been running MOTSc 1mg, NAD+ non buffed 10mg, SS-31 1mg. for two weeks now. I stopped for a week and back on, a week in along with 1mg 5amino 1mq and now Slu-pp-332 now. I been running 5-10mg of cardarine along w Reta for three month. Ran out so now using Slupp. Now MOTsc, NAD, 5amino and Slupp as a combo is like MOTSc for the first time plus. In theory- My mitochondriias are now running mostly on fat alone. Called fatty acid oxidation or beta-oxidation. When the entire body shifts its metabolism to burn stored fat rather than glucose, the systemic metabolic state is called ketosis. Not sure what is the target dose to complete the shift but i know im in some degree because I have alot more energy. I also know how it feels being in a ketosis state through a keto diet I did in the in the early 2000s. The take here is that the foundation to all these peps to work is to prime the mitochondria. No mitochondria no signal for the peps to make in cells. My personal opinion gathered w google AI and endless youtube videos.lol
