MOTS-C: Dosing & Blood Pressure Meds

@gym.rat I misspoke sorry 1-2 seemed like a lot since most places sell it in 10 MG vials, that’s a lot of vials. 30 days, 60MG that’s 6 vials a month, seemed high to me. I need to order 12 to do 8 weeks or 9 for 6.
@Stevepep if you are pinning 1mg a day 5x a week that gets you two weeks. So it's two vials for a month cycle. Seems reasonable to me if you are going to do the lower range. Obviously if you are using 2mg then that means double the vials. I bought the Pep Supply Co one which comes in a 50mg option, so yeah I had the same mindset as you in terms of going larger. https://www.peptidesupplyco.com/product/ss-31?ref=PROTOCOL10

@martinmarin Thats a ton of gear my friend.
The SLU-PP-332 is garbage. There is a reason version 915 is coming out now.
But to your point and all the data I've collected backs this up so well is that SS-31 + MOTS-C + NAD+ is pretty awesome, just have to tolerate a little injection sting with them.

@Stevepep Tomorrow or Monday I'm going to start my SS-31 protocol. Will pin dose 1 with 500mcg as I always start small when doing a new pep cycle. Might do that 1-3 times and then bump to 1mg. From there I will stay on 1mg until week 4. Then bump to 2mg from weeks 4 - 6 and I'll use until my supply is gone, so somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks. I'll run it 5x a week consecutively always pinning in the morning.
On my 3rd week of SS-31, I will then overlap it with MOTS-c starting at 500mcg. I will work up very slowly here with the aim of getting to 3mg per dose / 10mg a week. Pinning M-W-F. I'll run this for around 6 weeks. Fasted in mornings before my workouts. My workouts begin anywhere from 10am to noon.
Buffered NAD+ will enter the picture around week 2 of my SS-31. The reason for this is if I have a reaction, I want my peps to be started in offset times so I can point to the problem. I never start two peps together. I will pin this 2-3 times a week or as needed. Will start at 25mg and work up to 50mg and adjust from there depending on response. I'm sensitive to NAD+ and 25mg is honestly good for me while others report that dose being tiny. It's all individualized. Now, I'm currently on 1-amino-5mq which works decently well and this will slightly overlap. Due to this I might be careful with my intro dosing of NAD+ or delay it.
Hopefully this answers everything for you.

@gym.rat Now that is well thought out. The sweet spot is to find the least effective dose. I been running MOTSc 1mg, NAD+ non buffed 10mg, SS-31 1mg. for two weeks now. I stopped for a week and back on, a week in along with 1mg 5amino 1mq and now Slu-pp-332 now. I been running 5-10mg of cardarine along w Reta for three month. Ran out so now using Slupp. Now MOTsc, NAD, 5amino and Slupp as a combo is like MOTSc for the first time plus. In theory- My mitochondriias are now running mostly on fat alone. Called fatty acid oxidation or beta-oxidation. When the entire body shifts its metabolism to burn stored fat rather than glucose, the systemic metabolic state is called ketosis. Not sure what is the target dose to complete the shift but i know im in some degree because I have alot more energy. I also know how it feels being in a ketosis state through a keto diet I did in the in the early 2000s. The take here is that the foundation to all these peps to work is to prime the mitochondria. No mitochondria no signal for the peps to make in cells. My personal opinion gathered w google AI and endless youtube videos.lol

@martinmarin Well aware my friend. I'm normally the one telling people to chill on the dosing and find the lowest to get the job done. What I presented is more or less what my expected targets will be. I adjust on the fly as needed and in the case of my Eptialon cycle it worked too well, so I went back down to 500mcg from 1mg. That said you've got it right.
Ketosis is like the old forgotten uncle these days. Peptides killed him! I've been messing around with Ketones since 2015 or so. Was fat adapted and ripped. Got there by avoiding all grains and all sugars and upping my per day egg intake from 3 to 4-6. I actually became friends with Vinnie Tortorich who got me started on that entire kick with his "NSNG" messaging. It totally works. Once fat adapted the weight just drops off. Reta is the cheat code to NSNG. Anyway, I don't want to hijack this thread more than I already have.

@gym.rat yes thanks so much super helpful. This regimen the research is all over the place. You covered it perfectly. Thx
@Stevepep I'm retired now, so this is my hobby. I collect so much data....from FDA trials, studies, to community anecdotal evidence. I cross analyze self researched protocols with those presented by reputable sources like Dr. Jones or Dr. Tatum, and doctors who are pro peptide and will speak to me, but stay on the low as they don't want any light shined on them and I get why. In any case https://peptideprotocols.app/ is a manifestation of all of that info / data put into one location.

Can you imagine how much a pep protocol app collecting data can be worth if all use it? It's can be a google when it first started at silicon valley. We should get paid for the research data. lol Well at least some percs for the info. The more you enter you get free 503A peps. lol But yes the app will allow us to monitor and organize. I'm just dreading the pinning. Yes it is working but.
