Klow vials without Batch / Lot number - ask for return of money reasonable?
-
Dear community
I ordered a larger number of different peptides from protidehealth com and everything has been fine so far, but today I wanted to reconstitute KLOW and I noticed that the 2 KLOW vials (bought for USD 338) do not show any LOT / Batch or COA number - different from the other peptides I got from the vendor (the information is usually on the RHS of the label).
I have contacted the support and asked for a return of money as the peptides they sent cannot be verified / confirmed to be tested. Let's see what the response is.
From my understanding they seem to be a trustworthy supplier, but cannot get over to put untested / unverified peptides to work.
Do you think my request is unreasonable (to return the money because they didn't provide the lot / COA number)?
btw, also ordered from Crushresearch and everything's fine there so far (would wish if they could extend the product shelf)

You do have a point. Especially at that price, they should have a pretty label with batch numbers on it. And a box
. EZ peptides that would be $200. That said, if they are a reputable vendor, the product is likely fine, but I would expect better at that price point. I guess it depends on their return policy whether they will take the product back. -
I wouldn’t feel comfortable injecting my cat with something that didn’t have a COA I could trace to the vial in my hand. How else would I know what number to use for reconstituting and calculating dosages?
Contact the vendor.

While I certainly do not disagree with you or the other posters, I will say that if you ordered from a Chinese direct vendor (I am not familiar with the one you named) then it is very common to not have batch and lot numbers on Blends. And without COAs, those numbers mean nothing anyhow. There are four different Peptides in each vial of KLOW. Most will rely on their certifications of each pep within the blend. Testing all four within the same vial is not an easy task for any labs, although I am not excusing it for the vendor. I am simply adding another way to look at it. Personally, I am very comfortable with my supplier. They do not have batch or lot numbers on my KLOW, but have recent coas for all the contents inside. And I've paid to have some of the individual ones tested as well, and they have always passed. So, I personally am very comfortable with my blends, to include my KLOW. However, you have to do what is best for you. If you feel uncomfortable about it, then don't use it and I hope they honor your wishes for a return/refund.

I mostly agree. The other thing to consider is the cap and ring color. If they match the COA, it’s usually the same batch. Forgetting to apply the labels is not good, but happens. But at that premium price, it should not.

@2sspectrum
I think I am misunderstanding. Do you mean you paid $339 US Dollars for 2 vials of KLOW, $169 a bottle? That cannot be right. Or do you mean you spent $338 for the whole kit of 10 vials (and that is even a lot)? -
No, I checked the site, US based vendor. It looks like single vial prices. 175/vial. Good COA, but man, that’s steep. That’s like a clinic price. At least it should come with a label, and a box, and a free massage.

exactly. I’m familiar with Nexaph since they supply most of my private stock. I haven’t ordered from EZ, I know they are related. But my thinking is any single vial seller should label and batch their vials. My practice is, as soon it leaves the kit, it gets a label.

Hi all, thank you very much for your feedback.
Yes, it's USD 169 per vial. The vendor replied very fast and offered to resend new vials. Issue is I am not living in the US (was there for work and not planning to go back this year), and they only ship to the US (or Puerto Rico for completeness)... So I am trying to ask for the refund again (and also am happy to send the two vials back; were stored for a few days in the fridge but then immediately in the freezer at -20 degrees Celsius). Will keep you guys posted!

@Commander
If that’s for the standard 50/10/10/10 vials that is wildly cheap.

@Commander Please share that hookup with the community! Nice.

@Snake-Pepskin EZ labels and batches the vials and has the QR code on them for Jano. Nexaph just labels the box with that information. Both same manufacturer
@Stevepep yup, I knew that they were the same, but I never ordered from EZ. Why buy just one vial, when I can get 10, Lol. I will one of these days. I might have a problem, but I'm thinking I'm not alone here.

@Snake-Pepskin You are not alone. After doing it for a bit, you see what it does to your health, and your interest keeps going. It's not that bad until you have to buy a second freezer. Not there yet

I might but not until all the test results come in. I don’t want to go back and forth with people arguing why my source is no good and I need to pay 10 times more for the same thing from some other vendor.
To be honest, I would rather just keep the savings to myself before arguing with people..The back and forth with people is starting to get tiresome, so you won’t be seeing me post as much anymore. I test everything I get, I pay a fraction of most people on here pay. My time is worth more than arguing. The only reason I am considering it is to help the vendor out. But in the end, I have 5 years worth of stuff in the freezer. If I never come on here again or any forum for that matter, I will be fine for 5 years. And I can come back in 5 years and the people will all be different and the vendors will be different… so it doesn’t really matter. -

I am not trying to be argumentative in the least. Good info is good info, I bought grey on your recommendation and it worked out with LN. Since then it hasn’t. I don’t have the expertise to jump in that’s why I stay away. The bottom line is if you have a trustworthy grey vendor and order in bulk so the testing makes sense monetarily then it’s worth the effort IMO. I also never tested before we chatted we are all learning on here so Keep posting my friend.

I think @stevepep Steve speaks form many on this board. Don’t hold back. If you want to put something out there and don’t feel like arguing, post and ghost. Don’t look back.
