Klow vials without Batch / Lot number - ask for return of money reasonable?

Silence from the provider after I replied that I am not living in the US (so dont have an address to reship) and asked whether they could reimburse the amount; will do a follow up tomorrow..

Arent stack/combo vials hard to test and thats why alot dont? I think i remember reading that somewhere...
