I ordered during the Fourth of July weekend sale (17.76% off). My package arrived by Thursday—UPS was running a day behind because of the holiday.
Everything was packed in those little plastic cases we all know and love, wrapped securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap, and shipped in a padded bubble mailer.
There was a problem with my order. I first contacted them through the website and received what appeared to be an automated response. I then used the contact link in the email and got an almost instant reply with clear instructions on how to resolve the issue, plus a 15% discount code for my next order.
Can't wait to see what this Group Buys thing they have cook'n will turn out to be. Look promising!
