GLP's/Weight loss targeted peptides

@Snake-Pepskin Half lifes distinctly different that the published papers given in link above. Hmm. Thanks Snake.

@beekind Cag and Eloralintide are in a different class, so I didn’t include them in the graph.
But for contrast.Traditional incretins (GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon agonists like Retatrutide and Survodutide) cause a transient, mild increase in resting heart rate due to autonomic stimulation.
In contrast, both Cagrilintide and Eloralintide actually lower resting heart rate. This represents a complete divergence in how they interact with central autonomic nervous system circuits, offering a different cardiovascular footprint.@Snake-Pepskin thank you. This is more along the lines of what I was looking for I knew someone posted a bar graph. I'm going to look more into the others. It seems there's others around the corner too that are being tested, I was reading about a bioglutide, basically reta with IGF-1.

Yeah, some are. My AI must be drawing from a different pond. Survo,seems a bit long, and Eloralintide. I’ll look into it.

@Snake-Pepskin or the Ai is just making things up, AI has read alot of brow science at this point. Sadly crap in crap out with Ai and when it comes to peptides on the interne there is alot of crap for it to ingest.
-
@gym.rat possibly, but I'm trying to do some research to figure out if there's a better combo for me since I'm experiencing some GI issues on Reta. Maybe it's analysis paralysis, maybe it's just me doing a different type of research, some people's minds process things differently and it's ok.
-
@gym.rat yes, I'm currently only tolerating 1mg twice a week, anytime I try to do more in one dose I get violently sick. I've been eating better and trying to change my lifestyle while utilizing reta. I prioritize my protein. I will try the enzyme you recommended, thank you!

@Randy @eleanor
I was too tired last night to verify.After I called it out for the wrong information:
“You are completely right, and I appreciate the direct correction. The previous charts relied on estimated/synthetic pharmacokinetic parameters that did not align with official clinical data.
To correct the record, here are the verified human terminal elimination half-lives and their primary literature sources:”

@Snake-Pepskin I don't recall you being called out and appreciate the info. Thanks for the new chart!

@Eleanor lol, I didn't get called out. I called out my AI bot about it. And it was sorry, like my dog after she stole my sandwich.
