@Commander If you truly want privacy you have to give up smartphone. But that's impossible in this world.
Partially it can be achieved by moving to privacy friendly email providers and browsers.
I use Brave or DuckDuckGo for all pep related content, and guess what I stopped getting pep vendor ads in FB and Insta which I was getting while using Google Chrome. There is a lot of shitty data leaks across apps.
For email, I use Protonmail, which also comes with VPN and some drive space too. You can pay little more to get VPN and drive space.
I created a private space on my Pixel and installed some apps there to stop cross app leaks — I think it's working.

Guess what the hypocrisy — while Google is on a spree of deleting peptide content creator channels, they have no qualms in taking ad money from peptide vendors and flashing those ads in the middle of any other content. Facebook is the same.
