Took the weekend off of SS-31 and pin'd again today. I'm noticing getting more bruising from these injections. Using 4mm needles with these. Would a longer needle do better or is it related to the temp of the pep. Any suggestions? 9cc3d673e2b2.jpg

@damic Are you using the NaCl BAC w/SS31? Works wonders!

@damic yes. I started with 4 then 6 now 8. 8 seems to be the winning combo on this. I do bruise from ss-31 myself but the longer needle and slow injection help. Also I will put some cortisol cream on it if it itches.

@damic pinned 1-3 the first week then onto 5 the second and third week the. Fourth moved to 9-11ish. Then stayed for a week or so. Then moved up towards 20 over the course of a week and just stayed there for another two weeks.

I stopped last week for no particular reason and it’s seems like I’m maintaining pretty well. Not as physically active this last week tho.

I’ll Prolly stay off it for a while or maybe hit a 15-20 if I feel like it would benefit me that day. Same for motsc. Only as needed for time being.

Ok, reconstituted first 10mg SS-31 vial with Hospira Sodium Chloride solution 0.9%. Question....what is too much gelling? b79e5fd49bf1.jpg

Update on SS-31 and NAD+ protocol. Its been 3 weeks of 4mg of SS-31 daily (minus the weekends) and NAD+ on Tue and Thur last week was first of 50mg of NAD+ on those day. I can say that pushing SS-31 slowly has not produced any bruising. I still think it gets me a little tired cause I can tell the difference on the weekends not taking it. However on the days with NAD+ I feel def more energy. I also noticed my health ring shows significant recovery, rest and activity easier those days. I do notice tingles from the injection sites, but not worth me taking an anti-histamine. Will keep you update on progress.

I'm guessing you just added more bac to that and used it but still a very good question. I'm surprised that no one commented.

@damic Woah! None of mine have ever turned out gelled or cloudy! How much BAC did you use? At least 3ml, slowly, I hope. Both at room temp. That's wild!

@mary @eleanor This is using 1.3ml of Hospira Sodium Chloride to a 10mg SS-31 bottle, at room temp. Picture was taken after rotating, swirling and 15mins after reconstitution. Solution was added to side of vial, holding plunger, slowing adding it to the side. @randy maybe has an answer?

I've only used Hospira Bac water, always 3ml whether I am using 30mg or 50mg vials, and never had gelling.

@damic did it clear up after you filtered it?

Shouldn’t need sodium chloride bac for this. Just regular bac is fine IME. If you are worried about ISR then go slow. Use at least an 8mm needle and keep some cortisone cream around.

                            And filter. Always filter.

@ogsteve Thanks man. I have not filtered it yet, I always filter 😉 . That is a good point. I'm trying the Hospira Sodium Chloride for testing purposes. All other SS-31 attempts were just Hospira Bac. However I did recently noticed that folks were using different Sodium based solutions to change Ph from peps. Not sure if that is what Hospira Sodium Chloride is suppose for, my original, limit research, was its that it can be useful due the the Sodium content being closer to subjects and thus reducing the effects felt when used.

I think I will filter and give it a go and report back.

@mmp what he is saying is rhat when the manufacturer makes it they make it to a specific pH using those compounds. Thus they make it the same pH as BAC water because that pH just happens to work with almost everything and is considered a neutral pH for peptide reconstitution purposes.

I did ss31 starting at 4mg for a couple weeks then increasing to 10mg daily for 4 weeks. Felt nothing. Also started urothelin A a couple weeks ago. Don’t feel anything. Waiting to start motsc in a week or so. No idea if my mitochondria were already good. I wouldn’t think so with all my autoimmune and prednisone over the past 6 months, but who knows. Hopefully motsc will give me a little workout boost.

@jennn Ss-31 is kinda funny like that. I cranked 24mg last week for a booster shot on my off cycle and barely felt anything. Same deal with motsc. Sometime i get little from it. Its hard to tell real from placebo.

If you body needs it you will feel a stamina boost when you hit the dose that has actual effect.

@ogsteve I’m doing urolthelin A now. It has lots of actual human studies on mitophogy. I have been taking it for months now. Still don’t feel anything. Lol. I’m also running mots c now, but just starting out, so it’s a low dose. I’m doing mots c pre workout. Don’t know if that’s right or wrong. Heh. It’s the Wild West here.
