@damic well we were dumb and started at 2mg and we were so so sick. Dropped down to 1mg and still had issues. Then we decided to split the dose. So now my husband is on .5mg twice a week (1mg total) and I am doing 1mg twice a week (2mg total) We have also tried 3 different vendors. The first one I'll admit was not thoroughly researched and likely not a good product which made us so so sick, but not knowing any better and assuming that's how Reta worked, we kept using it for almost 8 weeks. First supply was from a vendor called peptide minds - over priced, under tested and probably poison. 2nd supply was from Renova - super cheap, Kovera tested, didn't make us sick but didn't feel like we actually took anything. Just slight appetite suppression. As of Wednesday this week we are now pinning supply from Welli Labs - still early to tell but usually by now (48 hour peak) we felt sick from the first supply so based on my experience I think the first supply was bad news and now we might actually be using Reta.

@BeeKind the hunt for reliable peptides is real! I can completely relate to your experience. I ordered through CRUSH recently, a little more expensive, 60 a vile for RT30, so I'm hoping for the best. I've paid around $150 for 10 viles of RT30 and like your experience didn't really feel like anything. I've also had the super sick and crazy heartburn before too, with the more expensive, around $120 + per vile. I'm hoping CRUSH is going to be my go to. I'm up for suggestions though!

@cassidyk21 I'm so grateful I found an active community board that's actually discussing the suppliers and their experiences. Social media is inundated with scammers and people who have no business discussing peptides let alone selling them. Crush is actually on my list of people to try followed by Nexaph if I decide to buy kits.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

That's awesome. I should have recorded my progress. My pulse on Reta was how I looked, felt and tuned from there. I didn't use the scale just the mirror. I kept a very close eye on my body composition. Same with the gym. You never saw me with a notepad. I made sure all body parts were met. I have only have met one stall and she thinks is her menopause (any tips)? If you're starting to Reta I do advice getting it from a reputable source. It is worth the premium considering you're going long. For what it does it is totally undervalued. As for the cute Asian girl peptides. I have gotten some that feel water down.

@judge I'm excited I'm having a relatively mild experience with it. Almost as if I havent taken anything. I am also researching their DSIP

@cassidyk21 not affiliated other than this is where I get mine, but I found and absolutely love penguin peptides. I can not say enough about them. They've been extremely helpful, give free BAC with orders, right now I think it's 40% off orders over $150 with a free petide for every $150 spent. It's usually 30% off but they had it at 40% for the 4th. They're constantly sending extra gifts like peptide travel case, t-shirts, and cute little rubber caps for my tides. AND they donate money to saving penguins!! Sorry to rant about this but I've Ben through so many companies that weren't great and then found these guys and just wanna spread the word. Ok I'm done.. hope you're having the best day 🙂

Just do the Nexaph pre-sales, IMO. Their pricing is excellent and you have loads of people here and elsewhere who can vouch for the safety and efficacy of their product wrt actual research.

That being said, your experience (beekind) is exactly why I was very methodical and slow moving from compounding to research sourcing for my Tirz. I hope you are on the right path now and seeing healthy progress.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

@cassidykelsey I used Nexaph for 10 vials of 1000016390.png reta. Had one tested. It came in at 97![alt text](![image url](![image url](image url)))%. Also 24 mg was actually 33 mg.
