@gym.rat thanks for the info! I've been training for 3 years and I'd say I'm in good shape. I'm mostly interested in exercise performance and endurance especially on heavy leg days. I've read that bacteriostatic sodium chloride solution helps avoid the ISRs, so I will probably grab a bottle of that just to be safe.

@falc Yeah I love Nexaph! Hopefully they get another batch that tests above 99% soon.

@atlas01 I think that I read on their Telegram site that they have a new batch testing.. I picked up a couple of the 97% kits for the freezer. For $50 off per kit, it was within my risk tolerance...

@cassidystephenson I'll be honest I am not the best at Telegram links so hopefully these will work. This should be the main group https://t.me/SNPcomm and this is the third-party testing group for Nexaph https://t.me/+sg-2pES1mQQzNmYx

I'm curious about MOTS-C and its effectiveness as a pre-workout for my gym sessions. I've read lots of horror stories about allergic reactions and ISRs, as well as some people claiming it's pointless for anyone under 35 (I'm 29).

I'd be taking it 4x a week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings fasted before training.

@atlas01 I have doneconsultations with Dr.Dwayne Jackson the IFBB Doc on their podcasts. His recomendation for MOTS-C is pre endurance or cardio workout, not pre resistance training unless it is like a kettlebell complex or a circuit whith little rest in between reps and higher heart rate, like a crossfit style workout.

The reasoning for this is MOTS-C supresses MTOR for a few hours post injection becasue it is such a strong AMPK activator, so not ideal if your goal is to build muslce, ie) on a heavy leg day for example.

I'll try and find his podcast where he goes through it to this thread if I can find it. He got his PHD in peptides from Yales medicine and he has a degree in sports physiology so a really good resource for applications.

Here you go this one goes into great detail throughout the whole video so watch it all they pretty much focus on MOTS-C dosing timing. But the whole thing is AMPK vs MTOR. Thisone is acually a branch off of the original video with Milos I was talking about but this one is even better and more clear in its descriptions.
