YouTube did clean house, and it sucks.

Quick search on the terms "grey market peptides" and "Peptides", both returning similar results.
Words from the titles include:
Toxic, illegal, dangerous, don't use, showing swollen faces, Cause Injury!, the dark side, experimental, not safe, illegal, risky, untested, etc.
Then the investigative type. That can all be scummed up as; "People doing dangerous things, that are dangerous, so don't do it" reporting.
Remaining ones are descriptive on what they are kinda stuff. "This peptide good, this not good, "me Groot!"
Rinse and repeat dribble.

It’s “covid” all over again.

@Newenough That's insane, but scroll Reddit or Facebook forums and see the questions newbies ask after already buying vials, and you can see that regulations are always in reaction to society's lowest common idiotic denominator.
Some people should just stick to the slow and guided channels as their brains cannot be trusted with 'sovereign' research.
Not denying big pharma's hand in it, but idiots make a strong case too.

Damn @pep_researcher your faith in the abilities of your fellow humans is I believe even lower than mine. Between both my post this morning you're 2/2 in acknowledging the stupid...nice.

@Newenough We are all stupid to somebody.

@EXTROPIAN I don't understand what you mean by this. Could you please define each word in that question, and please send links to social media creators who can explain it. It's the only way I will believe it.

@Newenough We are all stupid to somebody.
@EXTROPIAN hahahaha interesting and factual take.
Some friends who aren't RUO researchers but know that I'm, think I'm quite the idiot to do this kind of 'sovereign' research without a 'professional' supervision.
I consider them as idiots who think the so called professionals know everything and that they are being honest to their profession and people they are supposed to serve.

@pep_researcher @newenough I kind of split the difference... @pep_researcher is entirely right about the native default capabilities of folks. I myself shudder in terror (for their safety) when I encounter the normal persons ability to math around this stuff. But I've also repeatedly encountered folks who are making a genuine reach into which they invest effort to try to uplevel themselves to be responsible participants in this endeavor. I'm a sucker for folks who are reaching. It's why I periodically put effort into detailed walk throughs of how to think about re-constitution... because a lot of folks are reaching, and are plenty smart enough in principle to play, but have been so mis-served by our education system they are not out-of-the-box equipped... so you help them uplevel.
We all get by with a little help from our friends...

@Newenough man if you think YouTube is bad now. Early YouTube was awesome. Lets just say, it's like 40-50% regulated now. A lot of good channels got shut down.

@pep_researcher Though I never took it that far but the bodybuilders where the first hackers of their body. That was my catalyst to nootropics and alternatives medicine..
I knew it was possible. But guys, peptides are at a whole new level. -

encounter the normal persons ability to math
Agreed! I might sound boastful but — I understood the math of dilution and mg/ml ONCE and haven't needed any online dose calculator. Before ever ordering my first ever vial, I did all the homework expected from a sovereign researcher including reading some science than just procedural knowledge. So when I see someone posting a vial of lyophilized Reta and a noodle asking "Where's the mg mark on this syringe?" My blood boils. I feel these idiots ruin everything for everyone else.

@pep_researcher Well we do have an obligation to teach them. It only takes one knucklehead with enough coverage to ruin this. My real question is why all the sudden we have these healing peptides? It got away from Silicon Valley or?
-
@pep_researcher Yeah. But these Darwin Award Winners singular achievement with the wrong math'n is the shits or a bad headache in most cases.

Darwin Award Winners
Best title.

these people buy what their influencers tell them to, but they get no guidance on how to use anything. i will take a moment to answer their questions, because it will only take a few of them with injuries from misuse of dosing, needles, etc to make the guvment crack head down and then it would hard for everybody. you have to put up with the dweebs at the gym, so now we have them online. i think JFK is at least partly responsible for the grey market being mostly ignored. I'm convinced he's a user of peps. what we don't need is attention, so go answer the idiots questions before they hurt themselves. the plus side side is that if they dont get immediate results, they'll lose interest and move on to the next influencer trend.

The worst part about the so-called "house cleaning" is that a lot of garbage videos still exist but some of the better, more informative ones have disappeared.

I don’t want to be too cynical about it, but if they leave up the videos that result in people dying, that gets them closer to the goal. They don’t want content that actually teaches you how to safely and responsibly research peptides.

Also I think he's THE reason grey market is getting unwanted attention, he and many others including many doctors.
