Are you really? Because of import control?

Took my SS31 dose & NAD+buf this morning. I'm not starting MOTS-C until Labor Day; a bit scared of that one & want to take it real easy.

Swallowed all the supps I had that Dr. Ego listed. Ordered the rest last night from iHerb. (No, not a Rep for them. LOL!) Really interested in the Monolaurin. If it does what he says it does, then, I've got a chance at controlling these monsters. Can't afford both KPV and TA-1 in the same month. Trying to decide which one to start with.

It's going to be another long road; not any 12 weeks, more like 6 months or better. Might begin to feel better before that, I hope.

@Eleanor Be careful with MOTS-C. My wife also has EBV and MTHFR, and when I found the info below on one of the sites I hit regularly, I mentioned to here she probably wont be trying that one.

THANK YOU!!! That does it, no MOTS-C for me and I have 2 vials in the freezer. I'll stick with NAD+buf.

Thank you, Jt, I really appreciate it!

@JtCjEfF I'm very grateful. I hadn't done my usual research on it yet because it's so far in my future addition. Very grateful...

@jtcjeff Sorry it took so long to respond, but here's his EBV video. Take heed to my Warning below and I'm not even taking KPV yet, and probably won't. Definitely NO MOTS-C!

Warning: Be careful using this protocol. I will say most of you guys are much stronger than I am but it was kicking mine bigtime yesterday, plus started the TA-1, so backing off a bit on all of it. HALF, always start with half; broke one my own rules...

@vpeptides just MTHFR. I’ve not seen anything about EBV.

Sorry, I posted it above, wonder why site won't let it through, oh well. Dr. Trevor Bachmeyer on YT has a video with the protocol.
