DSIP - Sleep Help
-
I have started at .5 mg DSIP trying to fix my sleep after using trazadone for my medication resistant insomnia for years. I started 2 days ago and have not had much success. I feel a little sleepy and I fall asleep as if I took a trazadone but I do not stay asleep and I do not feel rested. I will continue using this bottle to see if anything changes but I am open to suggestions. Please help me fix my sleep.

Honestly, I think subq is more effective. I did nasal, felt the effects but eventually not as effective as subq. Maybe introduce some selank. When I first started trying to fix my sleep, had developed insomnia for months, so it took a bit, either one alone wasn’t doing it for me. So I switched gears took Selank a couple hours before bed and then about 30 mins before bed, followed up with DSIP, within a couple weeks, I went from a couple hours of sleep interrupted to 3-4 hrs no interruptions. Fast forward to now, most nights I get a solid 5 sometimes 6 of sleep. I off cycle now for about a month, still sleeping 5 solid.

Looking forward to responses. I recently tried DSIP (from EZ). Started with 500 mcg - nothing. 1 gr next night - nothing. 2 gr following night - nothing. Gave up at that point. All subq.

I can tell you about my experience with it. I wear an Oura ring and so it tracks my deep sleep as well as my REM sleep and total sleep. I did not start with as high dose as you did. Instead of 500mcg (1/2 mg) I started out much lower at 100 mcg (0.1mg). And I certainly didn’t do it every night. I tried three times a week and I think I’m now eventually settled on twice a week.
Does it help with sleep? I think it definitely does, in the long run… Just not the night that you inject it. What I have noticed is that when I inject it, that night I may not get as much sleep, and even less deep sleep than normal. But then one to two days later I do experience longer total sleep and longer deep sleep. It’s like there’s a delay of 1 to 2 days after injecting it to get your body to respond to what you did. And again, like someone else said, it’s definitely the lower doses that are effective. Just something to consider. -
That traz life is rough. Been there. Ill rip a milli of dsip but man that Pinealon....Changed me.
@Randy thats my next one to try since DSIP isn't doing anything for me. I'm going to try what others suggested at .1 and see if lower makes it better. But I don't see myself buying another vial of this. Traz life is rough. I know being on it for years has probably ruined my circadian rhythm worse than it was before I started it. I swear I just need someone to hit me over the head with a frying pan each night so I can get some real zzz's

Mostly thru a vial of DSIP and may just toss it. Does nothin for me.
I just got a few Epithalon vials to try for sleep (not telomeres)… but keep getting mixed reports on whether or not to take it at sunrise to align circadian-rhythm or before bed.
I did a few vials of Pinealon at one point, but was trying it for cognitive stuff in the morning… so I missed out on evenings.
Maybe I just need to swap timing on a few of these. Can’t afford to try all peptides forever
At least now I’ve got a few peptides that I trust for the long haul (none above), so I’m grateful for that.…wish I could get that CJC/IPA sleep I was getting on the first few weeks of it! Still chasing that

Try buying some glycine powder (I like it in the loose powder form so I can put it in tea or whatever I’m drinking.). Add 2-3grams to a drink every late afternoon or in the evenings.
It’s not a knockout potion, but glycine really relaxes your body & is good for you in other ways (we only really get glycine in our diets if we gnaw on sinew or bone, which nobody does anymore). It’s a great amino acid and there’s no downside in my opinion. I think glycine, lemon balm tea and maybe some l-theanine capsules may be helpful. My sleep is on point, but I’ve been working on it for several years. I’ve noticed that nothing helps in the very short term, other than maybe an antihistamine (and those sure have a lot of downsides!) but consistent use of some of the items I mentioned really does start to help, over time. -

It doesn't make me any more relaxed or sleepy. It is relaxing only for a subset of people and only in certain quantities, do more or less and you will have no effect or the opposite, excitatory effect.
If I want to get to sleep extra fast I take magnolia bark extract and a bit of melatonin.

@Randy Pinealon for the win. I had to dose up to 2mg to see the impact but it really helped sleep a lot.
@Stevepep @randy I went with 2.5 mgs for 20 days stacked with 1 mg Epitalon and it worked very well for my REM sleep. I was also doing Tes/Ipa which helps my deep sleep. Since I am still on my 16 weeks of Tes/Ipa my deep sleep continues to be amazing but now that I've been off of the Pin/Epi for 6 weeks, I have noticed my REM starting to dive a little.

@Stevepep I really loved the 2 running simultaneously. And I did late afternoon, not morning or right before bed. I could probably fine tune my time of injection to be better but like I said, what I did was quite effective for me.

@stevepep @shaqdiesel
So late-afternoon/pre-bed worked out better than the “circadian alignment” morning-dose? Nice. Was this true for Pinealon AND Epithalon or just one?
