I'm definitely going to try the Pinealon and Epithalon. I need a full life adjustment.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

So late-afternoon/pre-bed worked out better than the “circadian alignment” morning-dose? Nice. Was this true for Pinealon AND Epithalon or just one?

@Jake_PepTron I did Pinealon in the morning it was a game changer but like I say I didn’t notice anything until I titrated up to 2mg and I just did the 20 day cycle I titrated up fast after a couple of days. I have been on DSIP for a couple of days at a low dose of 100mcg and haven’t noticed anything different I may increase it to 150 and see if anything changes. My sleep score changed a bunch on Pinealon way more rem and deep which I was getting very little of.

I've tried the DSIP, Pinealon and Cartalax [I didn't take it for sleep but that is what some people report] to no effect.
Currently getting good results with Tesamorelin, just throwing it out there for anybody to add to the arsenal.

For me the best sleep recipe is simple: skip the dinner. No food in the evening, and the near 100% sleep score is almost guaranteed, with 2 hours of deep and 2 hours of REM. Just need to go to sleep early enough to have 7-8 hours.

            attentiion is all you need

I don't know how I'm sleeping worse each passing night that I take DSIP. Last night I woke up at 3:30 am wide awake and couldn't fall back asleep.

Tried DSIP alone. Nada. Tried CJC/Ipa for sleep. Nada. Stacked the rest of my vial of DSIP with the CJC. Nada. Tried Epitalon. Nada. Before I try Pinealon I think I'll do a cycle of SS-31 to repair my mitochondria.

I ordered DSIP for my husband and I just ordered 2 vials of Epitalon from EZ Peptides through their crypto sale. I was going to order a few vials of Pinealon, but I did not see it on their site.

He has done a cycle of SS – 31 and MOTS-c. Should I have him try the D ECSi P first or the Epitalon? Should I look elsewhere for some Pinealon. His goal is to sleep half as well as I do! Lol recommendations, please

@DocCherie try to identify the reason of your problems with sleep first, you don't need to repair what's not broken.

@DocCherie Hopefully the SS-31 before Pinealon works for you. I researched the Pinealon first and…nada (like the others you mentioned which also did nada for me for sleep)! I’m researching with SS-31 now and have had slightly better sleep the past week so there’s hope! 😊

Mostly thru a vial of DSIP and may just toss it. Does nothin for me.

I just got a few Epithalon vials to try for sleep (not telomeres)… but keep getting mixed reports on whether or not to take it at sunrise to align circadian-rhythm or before bed.

I did a few vials of Pinealon at one point, but was trying it for cognitive stuff in the morning… so I missed out on evenings.

Maybe I just need to swap timing on a few of these. Can’t afford to try all peptides forever 😄 At least now I’ve got a few peptides that I trust for the long haul (none above), so I’m grateful for that.

…wish I could get that CJC/IPA sleep I was getting on the first few weeks of it! Still chasing that 😄

I was getting some mixed results on DSIP as well but currently running 5mg Epitalon per night and am sleeping sooooo good lately. I'm not 100% convinced its soley the Epi, but it sure seems to help keep me in a deep sleep all night so far.

@TBone so good to hear! I'm actually modifying a bit and will start with Urolithin A to clean up, then SS-31 to repair then Mots-C to rebuild the population. Good luck to us both!

@DocCherie let us know your experience with Urolithin A. I am very skeptical of that one, its research is done by its seller and the results are brushed up but really not impressive. I have a whole box of bottles of it and I am too disinterested to use them.

@vpeptides I like the explanation given by Dr. Ashley Froese on a recent YT video about SS-31 on why it might be a good idea to start with the Urolithin A first. I put it in the class of all the other supplements I take. I am hoping/assuming they are working in the background and probably doesn't hurt to try. That said, I'll only run it for 4-6 weeks until my supply runs out. It's a bit pricey.

@DocCherie I watched this video. Here is a video for you to consider. And this one earlier.

The cheaper and a more classic approach that you can just run continuously to likely achieve the same effect is to consume polyphenols, which are abundant in dark fruits and berries. You can take a polyphenol extract to have it in a pill, like a Pomegranate Extract (standardized for Ellagic Acid).
I use Polyphenol Booster from Pendulum (375 mg Pomegranate Extract (70% Ellagic Acid), 275 mg Grape Seed Extract (95% Proanthocyanidins), 225 mg Green Tea Extract (90% EGCG)). You can use a cheaper option but this one is a highly reputable vendor. It is still cheaper than Urolithin A. Or you can just eat strawberries and blueberries everyday like me, and drink pomegranate juice and good drip coffee. It's enjoyable and healthy.

Good point about the food sources. I can't eat strawberries but I do eat blueberries almost daily. I will definitely look into the supplement you recommended. Thanks.
