I have only used a handful of vendors but all of them had fast shipping and good customer service when needed.
Genpepetide is at the bottom of my list because the COAs are very limited and every batch requires additional testing.

@geno, while I am not speaking for Mary, as a recent newbie, my first couple of orders were from Genpeptide, before I became a little more experienced in reviewing COAs. They do one vial basic testing for purity and ID. That's it. When I wrote to them if they were planning to do any additional testing based on what other competitor are doing in the marketplace, their response was that heavy metal testing is a farce (my words, but expresses their sentiment) in a simialr fashion to fentanyl. They will consider adding endotoxin testing in the future. BTW, I have used their product and have had no adverse effects.
