Nextgen Peptides User Review: There's ghosts/clouds and sludge in my peptides

I decided to give this vendor a try (ngpeptide.com) after a few people in peptide critic recommended them. We decided to try their cjc/ipa blend and mots-c.
I used hospira bac to reconstitute the cjc as I have other peptides from other suppliers. Following the same methods I always do and the first one was instantly cloudy so I thought maybe I need to let the cjc/ipa get to room temp before reconstituting and I opened a new bottle of hospira the 2nd bottle almost fully dissolved but theres 2-3 rice size clouds/peptide ghosts floating around. I tried adding a little more bac and nothing changed.
I tried a third bottle. This one had sludge at the bottom after reconstituting and swirling for a few minutes.

• 2ml was the bac water addition for each vial. One of the cjcs I started with 1 and added another 1 to see if it would dissolve the ghosts.
  I decided this morning to try to reconstitute the mots c I got from them too and I had no issue. I used the same methods and the same bac water.

If I can figure out how to upload pictures from my phone I absolutely will but it doesn't seem to be an option at this time.
