Buying "local" vs China Direct
-
One thing I highly appreciate about peptide critic, is how they drive awareness around safety issues. The article today about Accumark really got me thinking, I have to admit that I gravitate towards websites that clearly mark their COA's, and vials with bar codes, but on the other hand, I'm just joke blow researcher in Seattle Washington sitting in the rain. At the end of the day, I don't really know what to look for, or even what I'm looking at. That is why I try to buy from the vendors from this website, I hope I'm not being lazy but that's all I can do at the moment given my current knowledge base. So here's the reason for my post....
Has anybody successfully bought safely directly from China? I am finding my peptide budget is getting larger and larger and frankly I know for sure some of them will be taken for years and years to come. But even with the peptide critic 10% discount it can add up quickly. Do the vendors in China do COA in the same way they do in the US? Are there rock solid vendors that can be trusted in China?
I am wondering if I am paying a premium for trust when in fact it is an illusion on my part. I don't even really know where to begin to research this so I would appreciate any guidance anybody has.

Have you looked at Nexaph? They are a good middle ground with COAs and no need for bitcoin. At least for now on my bulk stuff I'm using them instead of full grey market.

100% this. I spent a year growing my knowledge, starting with $400 a vial for 10mg Wolverine, through 12 different vendors until this site clued me into Nexaph. I buy pretty much everything there unless they don’t have it. Prices are great. I love the community testing. Not everybody loves them, and I am glad people are keeping them honest, but I have had great results with their products at a fraction of the price many other vendors sell for (and some of them are just reselling Nexaph).
I don’t feel like I need to go full gray.

With the amount of Peptides I take even Nexaph would be too expensive. I figured it out, just in NAD 500mg alone we use 58 vials a year… forget about KLOW, we use 38 vials a year. From Nexaph the KLOW alone would be $1800 and the NAD 500 would be $1350. Now add in MOTS-C, Reta and Tesa/Ipa… way too much. I have no choice but to buy from China direct… and it still isn’t cheap. But I have not felt this pain free in 20 years

@commander I assume you are buying in bulk and either participating in testing groups or sending your stuff out to test on your own. Is that correct?

I am sending out for testing myself. I want test from the product that I actually receive. People put WAY to much trust in those group 3rd party testing… How do you know the person the sent it in has the same batch as you? The vendors use the same caps over multiple batches. Group testing cannot be trusted in my opinion.
I buy in somewhat bulk. I bought 20 Kits of Reta 20mg to get bulk pricing, but only 14 were for me, my friend took 5 and one kit we sent out to 5 different labs for testing so we could evaluate the labs. Everything else I try to buy 10 kits at a time or if my friend wants the same thing we split it and buy like 12 kits (6 each). But after I figured out how much I was really using a year, I have to step it up and buy at least 10 kits or more at a time just for me and my wife. -
It is all chinese one way or another. You are paying for quality control. If you're starting to research I would buy from a reputable vendor here to set a standard/ baseline. If you want to research the peptide\s further then here is where we weigh the pros, cons and the Grey. A third of my peptides are Grey and have been sourced straight from *China. I never had any issues with any of the *Chinese product. Guess I am one of the lucky ones.

Yes, I bought some KPV from them but TBH, I was sort of off put because I got a box w the barcode but the vials had no stickers whatsoever. Is that normal?

@Commander we talked about this yesterday it’s gotten to that point with me and I love Nexaph you can’t go wrong product wise. Also testing no one does it better than them. But once you start with SS-31, NAD and mots-c along with all the other cycling you need a second job expecially since it’s my wife as well. I used to be like what the heck is commander doing with all the Hospira and yesterday I had to pick up a case to split with a buddy. I am pretty much using one a month.

Yes saved a lot of money. I bought Reta 20mg 20 Kits, I think it was $85 a kit after shipping. Testing was $250 for one lab to test it… Nexaph is $468 a kit for Reta 20mg - and you still have to test it.
The 5 labs tests we did were not to test the product, it was to test the labs to see how close they were to each other. Normally you just send it to one good lab to test.
Jeff wanted to test a bunch of different labs, he really can’t send to all of them because they will know it is him. I sent it to a few and he sent it to a few. I am sure he will post an article or something on it... -

@Mydogdaryl423 it doesn’t make sense if you are buying a kit at a time just order from Nexaph. If you are ordering multiple kits of the same peptide and have some buddies to buy with you split the cost and it is far cheaper. Let’s say you order 10 packs of reta for 5 people you select two vials randomly and it cost 250 to test for id, purity and content from vanguard. You end up spending about $110 a ten pack for Reta 30. But you have to order quantity to get to that math. @commander does and he is an expert in this China thing. He knows his stuff.

@Stevepep
The problem is you don’t realize how much you are actually using, until you sit down and figure it out. I kept saying Where is all my BAC going? then I realized how much I was actually taking, it is a lot. I have 3 more cases of Hospira, I doubt that will last me 3 years… I think I am going through at least 2 bottles a month. -
The solution is get a group to order separately no one holds any money. We order the same peptides from the same supplier, when we get them we chip on for testing. It’s tricky because we have to match peptides someone smarter than me can figure it out who is tech savvy but that’s what makes sense to me. @wes33378 and I tried to do this for GBK but it got screwed up when they sent him his early and mine got substituted. Story for another day

Until I realized I was spending about $1000 a month with Nexaph. Then I read the posts by Jeff about Grey, he told me to check it out, and now that is all I buy. I have been trying to stockpile 4 years worth. Unfortunately that is an insane amount of money and takes up a lot of room. NAD+ only comes in 10ml vials (Except Nexaph) and dam they take up a lot of room!!

You just described pretty much my stack. Tesa/Ipa, NAD+, SS-31, MOTS C, KPV, GHK-cu, Wolverine but also pre-bought Reta and KLOW. I would like to learn more about China direct but I need to feel good about the safety concerns I have.

@montemontemayor Happy you're here!
Just want to be clear on something. Because a vendor is on the website does not mean they're a good vendor.
I second what others have said about nexaph.
I may have ordered successfully from China countless times but I can tell you it's getting harder and harder and the quality is going down.

Testing lets me know I have KPV and not MT2, Reta and not Tirz, it letsw me know the SS-31 is 40mg nit 50mg as the vendor stated…
Some Vendors will reship if a Jano test comes back bad. I do not use Jano - WAY too expensive.
I second what Jeff said, it is getting harder and harder to find good Grey Market Vendors. And when yo do, they are only good for a couple months and then they go bad...
