All my test I had done at iLS were consistent with the other labs I sent samples from the same kit to…
I just won’t use them because of their stupid $500 minimum order…

@OldGuy essentially it’s a calibration issue without going into details they are filtering out everything but the peptide itself and even then it’s impossible to be at 100pct. These guys unfortunately exploded overnight and as a result the details get missed, lab analysis requires strict protocols and training the ramp has to be slow and double and triple checked along the way against those protocols. It’s very process driven. For now staying away from ILS is what I am doing.

At least you were able to get a lab manager on the phone. After 3 weeks of hell we finally got a COa today that we can have no faith in.

ILS uploaded a bad COA last week and said that Tirzepitide was something completely different. Then an hour later corrected it and said it was 99.8% Tirz but then added a completely different photo than the one that was taken of the actual product.

No apologies, no phone call to discuss, no refund for the 3 weeks of waiting and total lack of faith in the final COA for the test group. Nothing.

They are a mess and in over their heads.

@OldGuy Good lord! I gotta check which of my vials have ILS COAs and make some hard decisions.

Alerted my friends too who are in RUO but not on this forum.

Needless to say — feeling immensely fortunate to be on this forum, which is more of a fight club than rosy eyed rom-coms that other forums are. I don't need AI generated essays from forum admins as their educational content. I need critical dirt on labs and vendors that AI can't dig!
