    Hi all,

I’m new to the peptide community, and my wife and I are looking to start using RETA in the near future. However, the amount of information available can be overwhelming, especially since much of it seems to be conflicting.

We’re simply trying to educate ourselves and make informed decisions. Could someone point us toward reliable resources or help guide us in the right direction?

Welcome, I think you found a good resource, this community. I suggest getting blood work prior to taking and then after taking for awhile so you have comparisons for your test subjects.

Welcome. What specifically are you looking to educate yourself on? It will help people point you in the correct direction. Keep in mind, none of the information here is medical advice. Only your doctor can provide that. But there are lots of people here with good advice, opinions, and experiences.

This community and the information here is the best, with many knowledgeable individuals who genuinely care. As a newbie myself, I can say don't get too enticed by gray market prices because, when considering the associated costs and risks, purchasing from a U.S. vendor, you may end up only paying a few extra dollars in the end. Once you get your feet on the ground, you can explore group buys, etc. Check out the vendor directory and the price index. You get a discount at most places for being a member here and can find some good sales. I also frequent GLP-1 forum from time to time.

Its really not as crazy as everyone cracks it up to be. Start low dose. Keep up on your vitamins and electrolytes. Titrate slow. listen to your body. If you get the squirts keep immodium around. If you get constipation keep miralax around. Side effects are really not that bad if you use common sense.
