Crap Not Peptide Test Fake Hospira BAC
-

Krysia gets the credit
Happened after they got called out on Reddit. It would be really hard to tell the difference.
Makes you wonder where else this prominent vendor sent this fake Hospira. Medex, who knows? Check your stuff, people.
-
Do you have info on the fakes ie) batch and expiry dates or tips how to identify the fake?
@bfuller extremely difficult peptide test is being a little untruthful it’s been all over Reddit,GLP1 and telegram. They initially got a letter from Hospira saying the batch number matched and it was real. It looks like the bottom of bottle has a recycle mark and that was how they figured it out. Kyrsia picked it up later it’s been going on for days. I for sure thought it was real when I first saw it. The issue is hospira is not uniform in their packaging so it’s hard to tell. Apparently the person used it and had a reaction and that got it going

The stuff about buying from a vendor for the last three years but it’s only a small amount is very suspect to me as well. Kyrsia is still investigating and being very careful with her wording since it’s pharma
-
Here is her latest post very carefully worded https://krysia0430.substack.com/p/fake-hospira-the-closer-we-looked?r=8xcjom&utm_medium=ios

Another person has come forward claiming they got hives. I would look for the hologram on the crimp and look at the underside you should see the little recycling logo. This is turning into a mess so please check your Hospira no matter where you ordered it. It is being traced back to a supplier that supplies these vendors. Peptide Test is saying it’s a small number of bottles out there not sure I buy it with how much they sell. Supposedly this one came from Medex.

Just got done reading that substack in my email. At least peptide test is on top of it and notified everyone that may be effected with the August 25 & 26 ship dates.

@MyB sounds like it may be deeper than that it came from a supplier so it will need to be traced back to who they supplied. Peptide test claims they have been buying from that supplier since 2023 and they are a reputable supplier. So best thing to do imo is inspect you bottles. I agree though that although peptidetest initially tried to say it wasn’t fake they have responded appropriately. Which they should this is not a game you have two people saying they had a bad reaction that I have seen. There may be more
The underlying issue is it is a price point that encourages scammers and it’s water so easy to make something that looks exactly like it you just copy the bottle. This is nuts though that they sold it to a supplier and not to the end user. That makes this complicated to trace all those avenues down.

Wow. I have an order of Hospira from Peptide Test coming in today. Hope it’s not fake, I’m on my last bottle

-
look for the letter E on the bottom. You can’t even trust the hologram anymore because Hospira isn’t using it all the time -
I’m just switching to Lambda, partially at least. I’m almost done with the current bottle of H, and the next bottle I open will be Lambda, see how this works. I’m sure PT will make it right, if it truly was counterfeit, but it’s a bit concerning.

@Snake-Pepskin I just bought genetek its so cheap its probably not worth faking not enough money in it. I still have 8 bottles of Hospira, though. I checked them all this morning and don't think any are fake. I get them from my wellness clinic, though, but they could have been scammed by an unknowing supplier, so who knows. It's crazy out there.
This one is tough because buying Hospira seems so safe, but not if it's a fake; in this case, a supplier got duped and supplied vendors. The supply chain has become an issue, and that's tough to trace.

@atlas01 Me too; it's NACL BAC, though. I emailed Peptide Test to ask what to look for. I would think the NACL is ok its not popular enough.

I have a shipment from peptide test arriving today!

I will check mine I just got an order from a supplier that only ever sold Pfizer Canadian and oddly they had Hospira from the USA om ,y order this week, which I thought was odd, And then I read this post and my spidey senses started tingling. So I'll check it out to see if its real.
The Fake will have a recycle logo? That seems like a dead give away.
The money is made in the Picks and Shovels in a gold rush I guess so this is a sneaky way to make a quick buck bty a scammer.

@bfuller The E is real Hospira. If it has that recycling thing and no E its fake. A couple of things to look for. White lettering for the batch and expiration on black label, the hologram on the crimp, cap color magenta, and the E on the underside. None of these are perfect.
The part that is hard to believe is that a supplier has these fakes and has been selling them in the supply chain. The last guy who claims he got hives says he got it from Medex.
And yes, it's kind of to be expected with how much Hospira BAC Water is and the demand that has been created for it. Scammers were inevitable and now even that has to be inspected.
