Lubricated Pen Cartridges

Ok, went down a rabbit hole last night and came across some lubricated 3mL pen cartridges. Has anyone ever heard or used these? My guess is the stopper is somehow lubricated? What are your thoughts.

There are PTFE coated rubber (black) and there are siliconized rubber (gray) stopper. The lubricated versions are most likely the PTFE coated ones.

I've tried amber, makes the stopper/level harder too see. Didn't see much benefit since I keep the pen caps on when not in use.

I got the amber vials to use with NAD and didn’t notice any difference. If you have a sealed cap on your pen I don’t feel they are necessary.
I also use the lower mg vials for research to avoid the known issues of nad. If you’re someone that fancies the 1K mg vials they may have their place.

I wonder this too. I see the munin cartridges on several places that are siliconized. I wonder if that is healthy or hurts the peptide of it leaches into the solution

@stevepep i personally find the Munan gray siliconized rubber to be superior to the black PTFE coated ones. I’ve gotten Munan from Randy here, from underground, and once from a seller on Amazon.

shit i havent noticed any difference from any pen cartridges and i buy them by the 50 pack.

@diegoc Agreed. Sometimes the gear-chasing rabbit-holes can bum me out. I haven’t had any issues with the bulk pen-carts from Amazon nor the 50-pack of LocoFiltrs nor the Furwey “sterile” empty vials… but if I grow a 3rd arm, they’ll be the reason why.
