@atlas01 highly variable. From not at all to a couple of days. Are you using a pen? What needle gauge and length? I ask because I recently changed from 32g 4mm to 32g 6mm and the difference was quite surprising. I went from occasional mild ISR to none at all, and that is with 3 different peps, so not specific to GHK, though one contained 2.5g GHK in a Klow blend.

@atlas01 for me it appears (sometimes) on the next day and disappears in a day. It seems like if I press the needle down more, it is less likely to create a welt/painful spot. I use 6mm, so maybe if I used 8mm it would be even better, I need to do a test.
@vpeptides yes a 8mm will work much better. I use some 34g 8mm special for GHK

Maybe my excitement to this topic because in the realm of ppl i know, im known as the GHK expert, because ppl know Ive tested everything that has to do with GHK.
I have been the guinee pig for everyone to figure it out, because im one of those that reacted really bad to a GHK injection.
You will find some post in here were ppl take 15mg and no pain, including Randy that handles around 10mg in 1 shot.
GHK For me is not in a pen and i have shared my system for those that get major PIP.

Chupa does 5mg a day and wants more. 100mg vial should get me 20 days but it doesnt, gets me 19 though, chupa has never complained, said he feels good

I dont think the amount of copper you can actually absorb through subq shot is very much. Oral capsules carry much more copper than a shot. GHK-CU isnt what everyone thinks it is. Copper is a binding carrier i believe, it doesn't makeup a majority of the compound. I wanna say its less than 20% copper makeup in the whole compound. Im just saying is 10mg too much? I dont know, but a lot of people are worried about copper toxicity when they dont need to be. Can you do it? Yes im sure you can, if you are an idiot. Gotta remember rules are governed to the lowest common denominator. The rules have to make the stupidest person on earth understand them. Research, this is the space we chose to call a playground. Chupacabra eyebrows got thick as hell on 5mg a day. Reminded me of Doc from back to the future.

My welts stopped happening after my 3rd dose for some reason. I just mix 3mL BAC in a 50mg vial and it’s fine
