        1. Reta
        2. Still researching the order, but all of the neuro peps. I still haven't played with Pinealon, but it's on the list
          2a: Selank
          2b: Adamax
          2c: Semax
        3. DSIP (only 2 weeks in, but so far it's been amazing)
        4. BPC157/TB500

CJC/Ipa: I plan to post on this one once I run my 2nd lab, but IGF1 actually went down while on cycle, which doesn't make sense to me?

@Stevepep Do you feel nootropic effects when using pinealon? Or did it help sleep or both?

For me just sleep. My sleep scores went through the roof and I woke up feeling refreshed. I didn’t feel anything until I titrated up to 2mg though

@Stevepep I take 500mcg subq daily. It keeps me level-headed during stressful times at work (I’m in IT and we have a few big projects going on right now), and my sleep has been great too. Nexaph’s kit is reasonably priced, especially on sale.

I've only used it intranasally, but plan to try subq eventually. I run on the more anxious/ADD side of the spectrum, so I've found selank helps me hit more focus/flow state relative to the other neuropeps like adamax/semax.

Adamax/semax alone for me gives me mental sharpness, but my focus goes all over the place. If I pair with selank, it helps me hone the mental sharpness.

This is all a work in progress for me, I'll have more concrete personal experiences in a few more months. I admittedly want selank/semax combo to work because when making your own sprays, it's VERY affordable relative to adamax

On the nootropic supplement side, some high ROI low risk nootropics I personally like are L-Theanine with some natural caffeine source and lion's mane

                      1. Reta
                      2. HGH
                      3. KLOW
                      4. Melanotan 2
                      5. NAD+
                      6. MOTS-C

Others come and go, but these are my forever stack. Will cycle more BPC/TB if needing repair, Epitalon/Pinealon/Selank/Cartalax every few months.

Not my list: Tesa/Ipa (severe allergic reaction to Tesa, slight allergic to Ipa), went HGH instead. Semax jury still out for me.

                        For me:
                        GHK-cu (hair & skin improved a lot)
                        KPV (rosacea disappeared)
TA-1 (didn’t get sick at all last winter. 10 year cancer survivor, caught colds and flus every winter since chemo)

                        For hubby:
Reta - finally lost the weight he has struggled with
Wolverine stack - finally got rid of knee and ankle pain

Me either! I would have folded long ago.

                                        In order:
                                        NAD+buf (40mg/d early morning)
                                        KPV (1mg/d in evening)

@Stevepep suffered from lower back pain (moderate/severe stenosis L4/L5/S1). Initially tried Wolverine blend for 10 weeks with no discernible improvement. Started ARA at 1mg per day M-F and titrated up to 4mg per day M-F. In less than a month my pain went from about a 7 down to a 2. I was finally able to sleep without being awakened by pain when I rolled over at night, and could get out of bed in the morning without pain.

Cycled off after 12 weeks and pain returned around week 3. Started researching again and pain subsided within the week. Current dosage is 2mg per day M-F and this seems to work well for me.
