Does anyone take tirz and then add reta. From what I've found searching some do, just not on the same day. Can any one tell me of the personal experience.
    Thank you!!

@brentlong What are you currently taking and are you at a therapeutic dose? Also much better options to complement both of them. Depends on what you are trying to do. More information is needed.

I do. If I could figure out how the heck to upload a photo on this platform, I would show you why (with my weight loss chart). I have lifelong lipedema (10 to 67), insulin resistance and slow loser. I barely lost on Sema. Up and down on Tirz, lost 30 in 1 year. A medical professional with a similar health history suggested halfing my protocol and doing half Reta on Sunday and half Tirz on Wednesday.
All I can tell you is I have dropped 60 more in 6 months and cried as I got below 200 for the first time in 35 years.
I don’t care who says what or why. I call it a miracle.

I got all the way up to 12.5mg of Tirz and weight loss slowed down for a few months. Decided to micro dose Reta at 1mg. Every month I have increased Reta by 1mg and decrease Tirz.

Currently I pin 7.5mg of Tirz on Saturdays and pin 4mg of Reta on Tuesdays. Surprisingly hunger suppression seems to have increased for me even after lowering Tirz.

@Mydogdaryl423 15mg tirz currently for the last 9 months. Kinda stalled out.

I notice I sometimes have an upset stomach at the end of the day when pinning Reta. Slight heart rate increase according to my Oura ring. Other than that, weight loss is happening again. So I’m happy about that.
