    Hi, I have a peptide pen and i am trying to figure out my dosing?
    I have 20mg of tirzepatide in 2 ml of bac water in my 60 click pen.
    I need to figure out how many clicks I need for 5mg and 10mg?
    Any advise because I will be using my pen soon as I am travelling abroad for 2 weeks.

    Thank you

      2ml of bac water is 200 units, 100 units = 1ml. The 20mg of Triz dose doesn't really add to the volume, so when reconstituted with 2ml, you have 200units total. 20/200 = .01mg/unit so 10 units = 1mg. 50 units = 5mg , 100 units = 10mg.

          What’s the lowest setting on the pens? I’m about to start Reta and was going to start with a .5 dose to get use to it and see the side affects.

              This where I get confused at is drawing the amount. With just starting I’m just wanting to start at .5 then increase by .5.

                To figure out how many mg are in a unit, we'd need to know what you started with and how many ml of bac water were added. https://peptidecritic.com/peptides/peptide-calculator is a calculator to help you with this.

                  @Bobbish I have 10mg vial, so I’m guessing 1ml of water.

                    1 ml with 10mg (is it tested at 10mg or labeled 10mg, big difference) will give you 100 units = 10mg, so 10 units would be 1mg.
