@Randy quick question... I just got my Nexaph order yesterday. I read your protocol that reads 1.06 for a 50kg body weight (I am 48kgs) but then you posted that you take .75mg. Is 1mg overkill?

Randy’s protocol called out 2mg for my rats weight. The next day it felt hung over and had a headache for three days. Following week tested 1mg. No hangover but headache. Now do .5 and that seems to be ok.

Peptides are only as good as your Bac Water

I made my own nasal of Pinealon and I don't think it's doing anything for me. I'm also on CJC / IPA + Reta, so maybe those are screwing my sleep and Pinealon just can't override. I dunno, but I'm looking into DISP now.

My night time stack is Tesa, Ipa, BPC/TB, GHK-Cu and DSIP. I've been doing 300mcg of DSIP (only on weekdays) for two weeks. My deep sleep is better than its ever been, 1.5+ hours each night. But I'm not sleeping as long as before I started the stack.

I think the Tesa is the culprit. I only have a couple of days left, then will cycle off Tesa/Ipa and replace with CJC/Ipa. After reading Randy's work, I'm going to bump DSIP up to 600 or 700mcg.

@MyB I thought the same thing! I was going to shoot for around 1.3mg based on weight then saw he dosed 750mcg and thought 'no way he weighs a scant ~40kg'

I believe I will try 500mcg to start. I suspect this could help night shift workers 'roll' onto or off of nights. Anyone else experiencing shift work and using DSIP?

I found DSIP to be a complete waste of money regardless of dosing or protocol. Threw the rest in the trash. All hype and BS. Tried it multiple times.

Insider word to the wise- Try Gastrodin 98% extract for some interesting researching in regards to relaxation and sleep. It's on Amazon and ships from China. Love the stuff. Also, I've explored high-dose melatonin, up to 100mg. quite interesting as an antioxidant. Happy researching.
