For research use only. Not medical advice.

    Overview

DSIP has been investigated for its effects on sleep regulation and sleep architecture.
Human clinical studies almost universally used weight-based daily dosing for short courses (1–4 consecutive days).
The dosing is typically single administration per day, not ongoing chronic use.

    Daily Dosing Protocol

    ~25 nmol/kg (≈21 µg/kg) once daily

This comes directly from controlled clinical trials.

Weight-Based Dosing Guide (µg per injection)

Below is the per-injection DSIP amount corresponding to ~21 µg/kg:

    Body Weight Dose (per injection)

    • 50 kg ~1.06 mg
    • 60 kg ~1.27 mg
    • 70 kg ~1.48 mg
    • 80 kg ~1.70 mg
    • 90 kg ~1.91 mg
    • 100 kg ~2.12 mg

    Frequency
    1× daily
    Duration: 1–4 consecutive days

*This mirrors the structure of published human trials evaluating DSIP’s effects on sleep.

Researchers do not typically run DSIP continuously for weeks or months; instead, they evaluate acute or short-course responses.

    Cycle Length

    Typical DSIP research cycle formats:

    Short Course (Most Common)

1–4 days in a row, then discontinue

    Intermittent Repetition

Short 1–3-day courses repeated periodically, depending on study design

There is no standardized long-term DSIP protocol in the literature.

    Common Research Notes

DSIP’s reported effects vary—some subjects show measurable changes in sleep cycles, while others show minimal response.

Because DSIP is rapidly degraded, timing may matter, and administration is often performed shortly before sleep when used in sleep-architecture research.

Clinical studies commonly used slow intravenous administration, but subcutaneous daily dosing is a practical alternative in research settings.

I used DSIP and stacked it with Epitalon.

My next protocol i will run it after Epitalon to have another more continuous method for sleep.

I actually stopped after the bottle and still maintaining good sleep.

I want to just cycle it right after my next Epitalon to have even more continuous sleep support

Hello guys, how long before going to bed you were giving it to ur lab rat? :). I saw some places saying 30 to 60 min, some other places saying 2-3 hours.

My lab kangaroo is also taking CJC/IPA before working out at night, and going to bed about 11/12 max every night, was thinking about stacking DSIP around 30min after workout (10:30pm), does that sound reasonable?? Thank yooou

funny ive got a needle in a hospira about to recon two bottles of dsip for a pen.

Ive found it helps me stay asleep not necessarily puts me to sleep. Milage may vary on timing but i usually do an hour before i am planning on zonking out. I think your plan is sound.

A little info that may be helpful. I accidently grabbed the wrong pen thinking it was AOD at 7am. pinned 3mg of dsip instead. I was lucid and out of it all day. Couldnt stay awake. Anyways...it works.

I will aim to take it at least 1 hour before bed .. btw thank you for confirming that this really works, i will make sure to dont ever take it in the morning now.. hahahahaha
