Yep; I eat at least 8 oz full fat Greek yogurt, 8 oz ground turkey, and 1 protein shake almost every day in addition to whatever other meals I eat. Even then it’s tough because the American diet doesn’t lend itself to protein and most restaraunt servings give you at best 4-6 oz of meat.

I just need to get a lot better at meal prep and making food i am not sick of by mid-week..

@diegoc Are you on testosterone and/or any mitochondrial peps?

@denti So i was heavy maybe not as heavy as you were but I lost 30+ lbs.

Obviously the Gym is key for muscle growth but my skin was sagging a little as well and about 6months in the GH and GHK started tightening some.

For those really heavy ppl and loose skin, i would build muscle then see the options for further skin enhancement.

Im 55 and i will probably do a little something on my face after i see when i get to 8% BF

Your second picture is essentially what I look like now but with very loose skin on my lower abdomen. My upper area like shoulders etc is more defined with seeing my collar bones. I'm wondering if that's due to the weighted vest. And due to the loose skin my mind tells me that I still look like I'm 200lbs yet I'm 40lbs below that and within a normal healthy range.

@denti the second picture is just GLP weight loss with no gym, just walking.

And if you see my recent pictures is the Gym 5 months.

@Randy Regarding your comment about the COAs at alpha BioMed being stopped 6 months ago, I have a theory.

I noticed that Trevor and JC are good friends, and that though they (ABM) and Biolongevity Labs are two separate companies, that collaborative relationship is why they both have alpha-KlothoLR (alpha-Klotho MAB on COAs), and FLGR-242. I wonder if Alpha BioMed produces product for Biolongevity. That might explain why COAs for the former are not being published for fear of someone making that connection?

@diegoc Yes, at Biolongevity Labs it's Christmas in July - 50% Off Sitewide. So their FLGR-242 and alpha-Klotho LR are each $249.50 per pair of vials. That's not including the jayc discount code.

                    I'm on both of those.

                      Ok, buckle up, caffeinate, bookmark.

I said I was dropping to 2.5mg weekly FLGR. I lied. I changed my mind for the sake of personal research and due to new info coming in over the transom. For a period of time (x months) I am doing one vial FLGR 3x per week. So 15mg+/- per week. Xmas in July gave me 48 more vials to add to my existing stash of 46 vials.

I've previously mentioned Liz Parrish, linked below is her latest video. Readers of this thread are going to find it thought-provoking on multiple levels. Oh yeah...She invented Follistatin and Klotho gene therapy. I now deeply regret having done an injection of FOX04-DRI. Senescent cells are turning out to NOT be what they are sold as- dead waste. Does Follistatin have a max dose? Watch the video and get ready for shock.

Relevant side notes- it is my understanding the gene therapy (either of the two kinds) has not been as efficacious and durable as originally thought. BioLongevity Labs FLGR/Klotho FTW. Also- after watching the expose video on Adeel Khan I would NEVER do any injected gene therapy.

Shifting gears: Lesson learned the hard way- CHECK YOUR FERRITIN. Some "influencers" yapping YOU GOTTA GIVE BLOOD all the time. Wrong mofo, you need to get labs done and quantify where you are. Operating under information previously thought correct, I did therapeutic phlebotomies every two months for several years when I was incorrectly using injected testosterone. Terrible mistake, I tanked my ferritin to 15-20 ng/ml and the downstream effects of that are manifold. Including fcking up your thyroid function. NOT GOOD.

Doesn't matter WHAT your hematocrit is (specifically) that results from testosterone use, you should NEVER get bled. Pull that string...spoiler alert- tell me why blood doping athletes don't drop dead all the time. Fucking stupid ass mainstream "doctors" will fucking kill you with their ignorance.

So I am on a strict daily diet of baked (kills the pathogens) oysters + octopus legs + scrambled eggs for the next month or two to rebuild my levels. No, NOT beef (not as much heme iron!) and sure as fck not spinach (iron bound by nasty oxalates). Not liver because I don't want Vit A overdose (it's a thing). Do your research. Use lemon juice on the seafood to loosen the iron binding and enhance bioavailability. After a week, I already feel much better.

I think DIEGOC and I are brothers with different mothers. Anyone having a question for me, see if he has already spoke of it, because most likely I have the same view he does.

Another gear shift: A few weeks ago I initiated research of adding Test Cyp, EOD, to my OralOnly.com sublingual T in an effort to restart my Estradiol aromatization which I unintentionally took to zero due to an excess of an "oil" I've been researching. Lesson learned, that's research. I'll be tracking my labs to see if adding the EOD Cyp alters the otherwise perfect SHBG/Hematocrit/Hemoglobin/Prolactin/DHT on the sublingual only.

All this stuff is fully interconnected with FLGR/Klotho. It ALL works together as gears in a gearbox. One broken gear tooth or gear, and you'll be going nowhere fast.

Shift to overdrive- I have now researched Cell Factors MAX twice, I swear I feel a difference, feel "better" and "clearer". Yeah mushy stuff. Do your research, there is real science behind this. I just stocked up on sale. Never reconstitute with BAC water, ONLY Sterile Water!! BAC instantly degrades it.

Oh yeah- regarding comments of "TOFI" Thin Outside Fat Inside issues.

As I previously posted I follow the regimen/protocol of Dr Sean Omara.

                        Beef/Seafood (Kai Gourmet=Fremantle Octopus)
Limited dairy including homemade yogurt (grass-fed A2 milk/half and half), raw aged/blue cheese in small amounts.
                        Fermented veg
                        Butter
                        Soy/Corn-free eggs
                        Fish roe
Organic Macadamia/Walnut butter in the yogurt (Blue Mountain Organics)
                        Organic farm sourced avocados (Corkysnuts.com)

No carbs, no fruit, no sugars of ANY kind, no flour, no veg.

Running/cycling is counter productive. Sprinting, short uphill fast walks, variable resistance training to failure approx 3x per week 20 min per session is my regimen.

Eating high protein while on FLGR is not an option. Jaquish Biomedical Fortagen is in my opinion the perfect protein in a sea of shit products.

Morning sun of course πŸ™‚ Dry sauna (not infrared)

                          @PeptidePete great update brother….

I also learned the hard way… Ive been doing TRT for over 20 years and doing many many Bloodwork.

Like 6 months ago i got on Reta and got completely dehydrated….

Thats a GLP you need to be loading electrolytes and i didnt.

So i did some Bloodwork and my hemecratic was sky high.

                          Did my a blood donation…

I still was low on hydration and electrolytes and another sky high hemecratic reading.

Here goes another blood draw and crashed everything, Iron, Ferritin and Thyroid….

After lots and lots of research and being guided by a couple of ppl that really know what there doing, i started on my new Optimal Bloodwork Journey.

First thing I learned is you need at least 24-32oz of electrolytes once you wake up.

Second on BW day its fasted but you need to start your hydration 1 hour before the min 32-48oz of water. 1 or 2 bottles then the rest timed every 15m before the draw.

My ferretin did reach 15 however I did add 2oz of grassfed beef liver ground beef which i add to 2oz of lean ground beef almost everyday.

3x a week i do Oysters between 6-12 per meal with Vitamin C for more absorption.

I had really bas digestion and gut issues so absorption was really poor so ive been testing and tweaking my diet to eventually build up to ghost wipe status. πŸ˜‚

Thank you for the video links.

                          Diego

Thanks for sharing the journey my friend!

Bristol #4 is the desired outcome (Look it up if you don't understand) 😁

Oysters With Vit C FTW!! You understand the intricacies brother. C or citrus juice, either is good. The C gave me very bad heartburn, the citrus not. Individual variability.

@PeptidePete citrus is a big part of my meals as well.

I add carrot salad with lemon juice for digestion and absorption of my beef 😜

@PeptidePete I did watch the video, thank you, I really liked it. That's why I asked. She didn't directly reference FOXO4-DRI, only said it is only her hypothesis, not a theory, no proof, that it's not a great idea to use senolytics because in the bone marrow you are going to wash out the senescent precursor cells to the stem cells, and it is better to have at least senescent cells there than just empty holes.
I don't see why necessarily a senescent precursor cell is better than no cell, it's not dividing anyway. I may guess those holes might be filled with new younger cells because there will be space there now. Maybe she is right, maybe not.
I bought FOXO4-DRI for research at some point. I was planning to use it in a very short course, maybe 2-3 injections over a week, follow it with plasmapheresis to wash out the dead cell material from the blood, and also (important) precede FOXO with a course of Humanin to try bringing as many as possible cells out of senescence first. Then FOXO4-DRI would only affect the cells that can't be rejuvenated.
But I may reconsider using FOXO4-DRI with this information in mind.
There is also a bone marrow peptide extract Bonomarlot (Bonocore) that is claimed to restore red bone marrow to supply stem cells, I am planning to research it too.
