Im definitely going to do Klotho, hopefully Randy can get the Chinese clone. Lol

I had a recent full body scan and the doc said that my heart was slightly larger and need to monitor in the future and i think Follostatin can increase the heart so i need to pass on that. 🥲

Now fully embracing one vial per week FLGR242 dosing regimen. Just pinned my third vial in four weeks today. Zero ISR. Feel awesome. Nothing remotely close to any kind of negative effect.

Experimenting with pinning the Follistatin 48 hours separately from the αKlotho to avoid any possibility of crosstalk or albumin binding site competition, although in theory it should not occur. My biweekly Klotho pin is Sat AM (today is Thursday).

I feel great, awesome in fact, and find myself craving physical exertion and resistance band workouts. As previously noted I CRAVE both the Follistatin and αKlotho pins. Weird to say but best way to describe.

Not low cost = true. Crazy value = true. I am thrilled with the investment. A true fountain of youth for this 64 year old healthy man.

For those that care and can stomach Jay Campbell, he posted another live video on YT with Mike Farber the inventor of both. Worth the pain to watch it.

Weight down, body fat down, lean mass up. The holy grail. Want to get another two weeks under my belt and I'll post specifics. InBody H30 bioimpedance scale. Still on FLGR242 Follistatin 5mg every week and the Klotho once every 2 weeks. Feel awesome, no sides other than feeling awesome everyday and good sleep. Also, continue to crave my X3 Force workouts, much more so than I ever did previously, the numbers are improving, another objective measure.

Comfortable fitting in 31" jeans, not been the case in many decades 😀 I am also on other peps (Tesa/CJC/Ipa/GLP3/MOTS/NAD+/GHK/etc)

My X3 workouts (2.5 years of app-logged workout history) are now personal bests every time. My vascularity is far greater than it has ever been. I am not nor have ever been a gym rat kind of guy, just a 65 year old dude who wants healthy muscles for healthy aging and insulin sensitivity. My body fat is burning off very nicely. Still doing the FLGR-242 every week 5mg, and the a-Klotho one vial biweekly. Still crave injection days, and hardest is not injecting more of both (counter-productive) because I feel so good.

Update- FLGR242 is the real-deal. Indeed, Holy Grail in my opinion.

I am now using the Bimagrumab trial update as my expectations touchstone, and if you choose to do the same, well, prepare to have your mind blown. Just extrapolate the study, with ALL it's aspects, into perpetuity.

My X3 workout continue to hit regular new highs, I feel awesome, my vascularity seems to have plateaued, which is great, because my arms are veiny as hell. InBody says my Skeletal Muscle mas continues up and Fat Mass down.

I've titrated up to dosing 1mg per day, every day. and no sides other than a very mild ISR. My petite wife has been doing 1mg per week and plans to bump up to 2mg per week tomorrow. She is tearing up her X3 workouts and previously had zero interest in working out. Crazy times.

"They" are going to try and kill this one somehow, it's just too good. I buy when they have a sale and stack the easy to find discount codes, plus, the quantity discounts. You can get the price to under $200 per vial when carefully timed. Look at the ONLY other option, gene therapy, before you complain about price.

In regards to Klotho, it's quite subtle, and I always feel great nowadays, so am trusting the science in regards to declines with age and just doing the one vial every 14 days subq, forever.

Crazy time in the healthspan world. Great time to be alive and aware.

Nick Norwitz agrees with me/I agree with him 😊

Anyone else doing these and have datapoints????

so is klotho and folli much different than garetosmab and trevogrumab? because those are 1000 and 400 per 1mg when sold from chem labs. its all expensive but i feel like these results are insane.

Echocardiogram 100% normal. For all the yappers yapping about follistatin organ enlargement. Ain't happening. Least not on 1mg per day...lol. Added an "oil" and a touch of a "mild" AAS for turbo effect. Slippery ass slope 😂

Totally different conversations. FLGR242 is the only choice if you are looking for myostatin inhibition as a real-world possibility. Dig in and you'll see. Cheers-

@PeptidePete Thanks for the update! You are about 2 months ahead in your research compared to me. Not on Klotho. Never used gear but, man, things are happening! First got veiny and leaned out -also 31 waist now! Then felt like changes stalled a bit. Went off Reta and bam- muscles that haven't grown in decades are adding mass. Good to hear the echo is clean. Curious if you plan on taking a break at some point, as recommended on the website cheatsheet? Hate to stop but trying to figure out if I should do this sooner (and shorten the 'off' period) or keep going for now and break later (but make it longer. Plus feel free to add any other insights or words of wisdom!

Thats interesting. So did it help or hinder weight loss? Retas stalled for my ts. Inquiring minds and all that. Haha also is there even a grey vendor for these? Seems like the lionsshare is gate kept by a bunch of american resellers with single syllable names like chip and rod.

@quicksilver80 Hi quick! So I would say that it helped weight loss- leaned me out in a way that was different from just losing fat. Before starting FLGR I had lost 20lbs with Reta at a dose of 0.5mg every 6 days. Probably never even benefitted from the glucagon effect with that low dose! But being a hyper-responder has its benefits? When visible changes stalled and the scale wouldn't budge I began to consider Reta might be holding me back from some of the follistatin benefits- you need calories to build muscle. It was time to cycle off reta anyway. The last 5 weeks I've added 4ish lbs which appears to be essentially all muscle. Can't prove it yet as next Dexa isn't until the fall.
You are correct about the supply chain/ gatekeeping. As I can tell you already know, Follistatin has been known and tried for decades. My understanding is that the patent is on the albumin binder, which extends the half-life to something like 2 weeks, not the follistatin itself. Hence unlikely to be found in the wild for a while. Rejoice in economies of scale though- down $300 for a months supply on BioLongevity Labs due to more efficient production! Hope that helps.
